8 1 ) The workshop will be organised in the Abbaye de Fontevraud near Saumur. You can have a look at the web site: The meeting starts at 8h 30 on Thursday 13 November 2008 and we recommend the participants to travel on the 12 November 2008, in order to reach the Abbaye. The workshop will finish on Friday 14 November 2008 at 14h00. 2 ) For the travel, the easiest way is to take a flight to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and then to take from the airport station a train to St Pierre des Corps. Please find below the time table for the TGV train on the 12 November /11/2008 FROM ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE TO ST PIERRE DES CORPS Departure Arrival ) From St Pierre des Corps to the Abbaye we will arrange a bus to take the participants to Fontevraud. This is why it is very important for us to know when you will arrive at St Pierre des Corps train station. 4 ) We have pre-booked rooms for the participants within the Abbaye de Fontevraud. You will have to confirm this reservation for one room and we will let you know how and when. Price are ranging from 65 to 100 euros per night for one person. 5 ) Meal will be taken in charge by the Agence de l Eau Loire Bretagne. Please let us know if you have any special needs. We are very sorry there are no facilities for handicap people in the building of the Abbaye. 6 ) We propose to organise a touristic visit of the region on Friday afternoon after the closure of the workshop. We need a minimum of 25 participants, so please let us know if you are interested. 7 ) We also need your time table for the return in order to organise the bus trip to St Pierre des Corps.
