Please take a moment to follow the below steps to ensure the correct set-up (or pairing) of your Reverie remote and Reverie Nightstand TM app with your power base. Step 1: Download the Reverie Nightstand TM app from the App store for any of your Apple devices, or from the Google Play store for any Android devices. WARNING: Risk of electric shock: Connect this furnishing to a properly grounded outlet only. See Grounding instructions. GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS: This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. DANGER: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product. 6 Safety Precautions This product is for use on a standard 120-volt circuit, and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in photo A (see Figure). A temporary adapter that looks like the adapter illustrated in photo B and C can be used to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in photo B if a properly grounded outlet is not available. The temporary adapter should be used only until a properly grounded outlet (photo A) can be installed by a qualified electrician. The green colored rigid ear, lug or the like extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box cover. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be held in place by a metal screw. This product is for use on a circuit having a standard rating of 120 volts and is factory equipped with a specific electric cord and plug to permit connection to a proper electric circuit. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product. If the product must be reconnected for use on a different type of electric circuit, the reconnection should be made by qualified service personnel. Unauthorized modifications could void the electrical portion of your warranty. Failure to use a properly grounded outlet for this product or modification of the plug will compromise this important grounding safety feature and may result in electrical shock, electrical fire, or faulty operation of the product. FOR BEST RESULTS, YOUR POWER BASE SHOULD BE PLUGGED INTO A SURGE PROTECTOR (not included). WARRANTY PRECAUTION: Do not open control box, motors or wireless remote controls (with the exception of the battery compartment if equipped). The warranty is void if these units are tampered with. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer. If there is an overload weight condition on the head or foot mechanism, the control unit will automatically stop all functions. Once the excess weight is removed the control unit will automatically allow all functions to resume operation after 30 seconds. As with any product that produces a vibrating motion, it is possible that some pacemakers may interpret this motion as a false sense of movement and/or exercise. This may or may not affect your pacemaker. If you have any concerns, please consult your physician. When there is a shortcircuit, a fuse on the transformer will be blown in order to protect the electrical equipment. Should the above situation occur, the customer should seek professional assistance by calling a licensed electrician or by contacting customer service at SMALL CHILDREN AND PETS WARNING: After your Reverie Power Base has been unboxed, immediately dispose of packaging as it can smother small children and pets. To avoid injury, children and pets should not be allowed to play on or under the power base. Children should not operate this product without adult supervision. Close supervision is necessary when this furnishing is used by, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons. PRODUCT RATINGS The lift motor in your Reverie Power Base is NOT designed for continuous use. Reliable operation and full life expectancy will be attained as long as the lift motor does not operate more than two (2) minutes over an eighteen (18) minute period, or approximately 10% duty cycle. Any attempt to circumvent or exceed this rating will shorten the life expectancy of this product and may void the warranty. The recommended weight restrictions for your Reverie Power Base is up to 850 lbs. total weight, including people and the mattress for all sizes of power bases. Lift speed will vary due to weight and mattress configuration, as well as the mattress type. The weight must be evenly distributed across the power base. This Product is not designed to support or lift 850 lbs of total weight in the head or foot sections of your Reverie power base alone, or in any unevenly distributed fashion. Some mattresses are not designed for Power Bases because they do not bend or flex well when adjusted. When using such a mattress with your Reverie Power Base the weight limits set forth herein do not apply, as the bending of the mattress requires significant force and puts significant strain on the motors and the Power Base itself. Note: Exceeding the recommended weight restrictions could damage your power base and void your warranty and using a mattress on top of your power base that is not designed for adjustability may also void your warranty. For best performance, you should enter and exit the Power Base while it is in the flat or fully lowered position. DO NOT SIT ON THE HEAD OR FOOT SECTIONS WHILE IN THE RAISED POSITION. INTENDED USAGE The electric power base should be installed with the head board brackets and/or the head of the frame positioned close to a wall. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

10 Frame Assembly Instructions IMPORTANT UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS To avoid damage to the power base, always open the carton while the power base is laying in the FLAT position on the floor. STEP 3 Untie and extend the power cord from the frame. WARNING: POWER CORDS MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH ANY POWER BASE MECHANISMS. OPEN FLAT STEP 1 Carefully lift the power base unit out of the shipping carton, keeping the unit top side down. For safety reasons, this should be performed by 2 people. Be sure to use a protective layer under the power base to prevent damage to your hard floors. STEP 2 Assembling power base legs: Open the accessories box, take out the 4 legs, and thread them in a clockwise direction into the threaded holes in the frame. NOTE: Tighten the legs securely to the frame. Leave no space between the leg and frame. STEP 4 Remove the plastic packaging from the power base. STEP 5 Carefully rotate the power base over to the topside-up position. STEP 6 ATTENTION! Improper handling DO NOT lean the power base against the installed legs to flip it over. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. NOTE: An electrical surge protection unit is recommended (not included) CUSTOMER SERVICE:

11 Frame Assembly Instructions STEP 7 Return the base to the flat position and proceed to assemble the Mattress Retainer Brackets. STEP 8 NOTE: Use only a manual screwdriver to install the retainer bolts. DO NOT use a power screwdriver to tighten the bolts. DO NOT over tighten the mattress retainer hardware. Use the Retainer Bolts (F) and Retainer Bar Plate (I) to fasten the Mattress Retainer Bracket (B) to the power base. NOTE: If the power base is to be set up without a headboard, simply install a mattress on the frame. Installation is now complete. If a headboard is to be installed, proceed to step 9. 12 Frame Assembly Instructions STEP 9 (optional accessory) NOTE: It is important to position the bottom of the headboard cross member a maximum distance of 3 inches (76.2 mm) between the headboard and the top of the mattress. Do not exceed 3 inches (76.2 mm). Headboard Bracket Installation (OPTIONAL) 1. Use the hand control to raise the head of the base in order to gain access to the power base. 2. Bolt the Inner Headboard Bracket (D) to the headboard mount tube located on the steel frame crossbar using the Headboard Bracket Bolts (H), the 5/16 Washer (J), and the 5/16 Lock Nut (K). Make sure the bracket orientation is correct as indicated. JH J K D K J 3. Place the open side of the Outer Headboard Bracket (E) onto the exposed square tube of the Headboard Bracket (D). This will create a tight fit between (D) and (E). Place a Headboard Bracket Bolt (H) with a 5/16 Inch Washer (J) through the Outer Headboard Bracket (E) and into the Inner Headboard Bracket (D). Use a 5/16 Inch Washer (J) and 5/16 Inch Locking Nut (K) and hand tighten to allow for adjustment. Repeat same procedure for opposing side of the power base. J D E H 4. Ensure the headboard bracket is assembled a distance of 1.5 (38.1 mm) to 2 inches (50.8 mm) between the edge of the power base and the headboard bracket assemblies. 5. Firmly tighten the Headboard Bolts (G) to the end of the headboard bracket assembly. 6. Measure the distance of the center to center mounting holes in the headboard. 7. Measure the distance of the center to center mounting holes in the headboard bracket assemblies. 8. If the headboard brackets require adjustments, loosen the bolts that are holding the outer headboard brackets and move them to the necessary distance. Reinstall the bolts and firmly tighten. STEP 10 G Place your mattress on top of your power base. Typical Power Base is now complete. If the power base is equipped with a programmable setting or options, refer to the Remote Control Guide for more information. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

13 How to Download the App Software STEP 1 Please use your ios or Android mobile device to log into the APP STORE or GOOGLE PLAY STORE. App User Guide STEP 2 Type Reverie Nightstand in the search column. STEP 3 Select the reverie app. Reverie Nightstand STEP 4 Click install to download the app. NOTE: Once the App is installed, when you open the app the Bluetooth module will connect to your device automatically. NOTE: Make sure the Reverie Nightstand App is the last app open on your phone before locking (putting your phone in sleep mode) CUSTOMER SERVICE:

14 Home Screen Key features, functions and settings are accessible from the home screen. - Settings, Preset List, Comfort Settings, Routines, Bluetooth, Nightlight, Home Tab, Position Tab, Massage Tab, and Alarm Tab. Reverie Presets Zero Gravity, Anti-Snore, and Flat are right at your fingertips. Comfort Setting Press New + to program a unique head, foot and/or massage combination. Routines Press New + to program a set of saved or new comfort settings into a series of timed positions. App User Guide Position Control Control your head and foot elevation. Select the part of the bed you would like to elevate or lower (head or foot). - Use your finger to slide the blue dot along the curve to your desired elevation. - Or press and hold the plus or minus symbol to adjust elevation. Your position readout on a scale of will appear at the top of the screen and next to the head or foot position. Massage Control your massage intensity and duration. Full body Turns on the full body function. Wave Select number of alternating pulses at the head and foot of the bed. Head and Foot control Select massage intensity in the head and foot sections of the bed. - Use your finger to slide the blue button to your desired intensity. - Or press and hold the plus or minus symbol to adjust intensity. Timer Select your desired massage duration. Stop Turns the massage off. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

15 Alarm Create an alarm setting to raise and/or massage you awake. Press New + to create a new alarm setting. - Set time: Scroll to select the hour, minute and day. - Repeat: Select the days of the week you would like the alarm to activate. - Bed control: Select nothing or select a new or existing comfort setting or routine. - Snooze: Enable snooze. App User Guide Settings Customize your app in settings. User Profile Define your user profile to get recommendations on custom settings for you. Bluetooth Shows the bed your app is connected to. Shows nearby beds that you can connect to in order of proximity. Help Contact info for technical support. Mattress Configurator Reconfigure your Reverie Dream or Dream Supreme mattress with these firmness guides. Factory Reset Reset your app to original settings. Logout Logout or create a new user. 17 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: NOTE: All screens will timeout after 5 seconds, 15 seconds if screen is auto-refreshing HEAD AND FOOT ADJUSTMENTS (A,B) Adjusts the head and foot sections to the desired positions. Zero Clearance feature allows for the foundation to be placed on the floor without legs and able to adjust all sections [head/foot/pillow] in a complete motion range without any of the mechanical parts under the bed touching the floor. Basically allows you to use your adjustable bed without legs if desired. TILT (C) Includes a remote-controlled adjustable tilt backwards and forwards. ZERO GRAVITY (D) Allows your legs to be lifted to a position slightly above the chest, which enables blood flow to easily circulate back to the heart, thus reducing stress and fatigue. ANTI SNORE (E) Raises the HEAD slightly for easier breathing. POWER BASE FLAT BUTTON (F) Levels the power base to the flat position when the button is pressed and held for at least 3 seconds. NOTE: Any control button on the remote will interrupt and stop the FLAT, ZERO-G, Anti-Snore and Memory presets 1-2. Remote Control Operation Guide PROGRAMMABLE MEMORY POSITIONS (G,I) You can store 2 personalized memory positions. To Set a Memory Position: When in desired position, press and hold Memory button for more than 5 seconds until the LED light flashes 3 times to signal Memory position is stored. To recall a Memory Position: Press 1 of the 2 presets. AMBIENT LIGHTING ON/OFF (H) Toggle the lightbulb button for on/off functions. HEAD AND FOOT MASSAGE CONTROLS (K,N) Turns on the corresponding massage unit (starting at intensity 5 of 10) Slowly increases or decreases massage intensity. To increase massage intensity, press (+) button. To decrease massage intensity, press (-) button. NOTE: The lowest setting will turn off the corresponding massage unit. WAVE MASSAGE PATTERN (L) Turns on both head and foot massage motors to the wave 1 preset. MASSAGE STOP BUTTON (M) Press to stop all massage features. NOTE: The massage feature is designed to automatically shut off after 30 minutes of continuous use. CHARGING PORT (O) To charge remote, plug in the wall charger and connect to the micro usb port. Unplug and plug-in the remote again if you do not see a charging symbol on the screen. Flashing LED on remote indicates Low Power status. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

18 ADDITIONAL REMOTE FEATURES: This power base uses a Bluetooth remote control system. The included remote is already paired with your power base, so should be operational right out of the box. Please test some of the features to ensure functionality. Only replacement remote controls require pairing instruction on following pages. If you find that your remote is not paired with the bed, please follow those Bluetooth pairing instructions. NOTE: This power base may have minor intermittent performance due to RF Interference. This is a normal operation of the power base and is not a defect. The buttons are back-lit, when a button is pressed, to aid the visibility of the remote in low light environments. Customers can control the remote without facing the receiver (best transmission range is within 30 feet or 10 meters) The remote is equipped with a lithium-ion battery that can be recharged anytime with the included Micro USB wall charger adapter. Please fully charge your remote before operating for the first time. When remote is fully charged, the charging symbol will disappear. SAFETY: Remote Control Operation Guide The input transformer voltage is AC 120V 60 HZ, the output voltage is DC 36V 4.2A. When there is a short circuit, a fuse on the transformer will be blown in order to protect the electrical equipment. ATTENTION: When the above situation occurs, the customer MUST seek professional assistance. NOTICE: The changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user s authority to operate the equipment. REMOTE LOCKOUT FEATURE (D,M) We created the remote lockout feature to help owners prevent unintended use of the base. Activating Remote Lockout At the same time, press and hold the ZERO G and STOP buttons for 3 seconds. The white LED will flash twice to indicate activation. Pressing any buttons on the remote while in lockout mode will result in no movement from the power base. Deactivating Remote Lockout Same method, press and hold the ZERO G and STOP buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The white LED will flash twice to indicate deactivation. The remote and power base will work normally. If there is an overload weight condition on the head or foot mechanism, the control unit will automatically stop all functions. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

19 CONNECTING TO ONE BED (does not include KING or SPLIT KING bed sizes) STEP 1 Hold Lightbulb button for 3 seconds to start searching. [Remote only detects 1 bed] The remote will only detect one control box and automatically connect. Connection is now complete and will be taken back to the home screen. STEP 2 [Remote detects multiple control boxes, this usually means you have more than one bed in your house] Select Other STEP 3 The screen now asks if you are connecting to only 1 bed. Select YES STEP 4 There should now be a list of available control boxes that you can connect to. Scroll using any of the up/down buttons H/T/F. Select desired control box by single-pressing the lightbulb button. Once the single bed is selected, you will then be taken back to the home screen. KING only STEP 1 Hold Lightbulb button for 3 seconds to start searching. STEP 2A Select KING If the remote detects only 2 control boxes then the remote will automatically connect to both control boxes on your bed. STEP 2B Bluetooth Pairing Replacement Remote Control If the remote detects more than 2 control boxes, there should now be a list of available control boxes that you can connect to. (this usually means you have more than one bed in your house) Scroll using any of the up/down buttons H/T/F. Select the 2 desired control boxes by single-pressing the lightbulb button. SPLIT KING only STEP 2 Select SPLIT KING When you choose SPLIT KING, will be asked if want to connect to both sides of bed? Select YES or NO STEP 3A Select YES If the remote detects only 2 control boxes then the remote will automatically connect to both sides of your bed. STEP 4A If the remote detects more than 2 control boxes, there should now be a list of available control boxes that you can connect to. (this usually means you have more than one bed in your house) Scroll using any of the up/down buttons H/T/F. Select the 2 desired control boxes by single-pressing the lightbulb button. You will then be taken back to the home screen. STEP 3B Select NO There should now be a list of available control boxes that you can connect to. Select the desired side of the bed you want to connect to by single-pressing the lightbulb button. You will then be taken back to the home screen. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

20 Bluetooth Pairing Replacement Remote Control CONNECTING TO TWO SEPARATE BEDS STEP 1 Hold Lightbulb button for 3 seconds to start searching. STEP 2 Select Other NOTE: This applies to the king bed situation, where two remotes are connected to both sides of the bed. NOTE: If it cannot detect any beds then will say NO BED FOUND. STEP 3 The screen now asks if you are connecting to only 1 bed. Select NO. STEP 4 There should now be a list of available control boxes that you can connect to, select the beds you wish to connect to [remote can show up to 20 beds] Select any two beds you wish to connect by single-pressing the lightbulb button. After selecting 2 beds, the remote will send the user to the home screen. FOR PAIRING TWO REMOTES TO EACH SIDE OF THE BED [for KING, SPLIT KING or two beds] Our remote and Bluetooth technology allows for pairing/connecting two remotes with each side of the bed so each remote can control both sides of bed. Pair/Connect one remote with both sides of the bed, then wait for that remote to enter sleep mode and pair/connect the other remote with both sides of bed. If two remotes are connected to one bed, in order to actively use one of the remotes to control the bed you must make sure the other remote is in sleep mode. Waking up other remote will result in a disconnection from the control unit and the remote will show No Bed Paired. NOTE: Please remember to recycle all electronics. 22 Troubleshooting In the Event the Power Base fails to operate, investigate the symptoms and possible solutions provided in the chart below: Symptom Remote Control appears to be operable but will not activate the bed. No features of the Power Base will activate. Remote control LED will not illuminate. Head or foot section will elevate but will not return to the horizontal (flat) position. Battery Mode Operation Solution Verify the power cord is plugged into a working, grounded electrical outlet. A grounded, electrical surge protection device is recommended. Test the outlet by plugging in another working appliance. Make sure remote is paired to the bed. Your electrical circuit breaker may be tripped. The surge protection device of electrical outlet is defective, test the outlet by plugging in another device. Charge the remote with the provided micro usb wall adapter charger. The power base mechanism may be obstructed. Elevate the power base and check for an obstruction. Remove the obstruction. The head section may be too close to the wall. The headboard may be too close to the edge of the mattress. Verify a 1.5" (38.1mm) to 2" (50.8mm) distance is between the headboard brackets and the mattress. Adjust if required. Head/Foot/Pillow actuators will move slow and only one actuator will move at a time. Massage feature will not be enabled while running on battery power. While on battery power, the remote should show Battery Power Warning on the screen. Press LED button on control box for 3 seconds to completely shut off the power [will save battery life]. In case of power failure or manual unplugging from power supply, the bed will continue to run on battery power. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Head or Foot Lift function has minor interference during operation. Pillow Tilt is not performing normally. Excessive massage motor noise. Solution Allow the remote to go back to sleep by setting down, check if its connected after 3 minutes. If not resolved, go through the pairing process again. Let the remote go back to sleep and wake it up again. Repeat this multiple times. If problem persists, contact customer service. Remove the load and reset again by putting the bed to flat position and then moving it all the way to maximum position. Make sure that you are following the duty cycle of the motors (do not operate more than three (3) minutes over a thirty (30) minute period,approximately 10% duty cycle). Press the lift buttons squarely & accurately. Make sure pressing the correct button and good batteries are in the remote. Check for obstructions. If the bed is located on hard surface flooring, place carpet pieces. Elevate the head or foot section a short distance (with the hand control) to realign the lift/lower mechanisms with the bed support platform. Verify that the bed is not positioned against a wall, nightstand, or other object that may cause the vibration or noise. If this base is installed over a bed frame, verify the massage motors are not causing the bed frame (or bed frame components) to vibrate. Verify that the headboard attachment hardware is firmly tightened. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

24 Lift Motor Noise Symptom Solution Troubleshooting Actuators make noise at startup. We don t want to overload the system so we provide a soft start which ramps up the current and makes some initial noise, which does not indicate any defect. Remote readout doesn t match actual bed position. Remote Lockout Feature not working Noise under base Recalibrate by pressing FLAT on the remote, then lift all sections to maximum position until it shows 100% on the remote screen. Make sure you are correctly pressing the ZERO G and STOP buttons at same time. Verify that the remote has battery power. Make sure there are no other devices causing RF interference with the remote. If cannot determine then please call customer service. 25 20 Year Limited Warranty for Reverie Power Bases Warranty Ascion, L.L.C. d/b/a Reverie (hereinafter referred to as Reverie ) warrants to the end user (hereinafter referred to as Purchaser ) that during the twenty (20) year term of this Limited Warranty, Reverie will, at its sole discretion and option, repair or replace Purchaser s motorized bed frame or motorized bed foundation parts (hereinafter referred to as adjustable bed or adjustable beds ) that are found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations set forth herein. This Limited Warranty begins on the warranty commencement date which is the date of purchase for new unused adjustable beds and the date of manufacture for adjustable beds that have been used as floor or display models. Thus, on a floor model adjustable bed, the warranty is a portion of the 20-year Limited Warranty. If original proof of purchase is not provided by Purchaser, Reverie reserves the right to determine that the adjustable bed is not covered by this Limited Warranty or to use the manufacturing date as the warranty commencement date. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original Purchaser and may not be transferred. YEAR 1: FULL COVERAGE OF PARTS AND LABOR Upon receiving reasonable notice during the first year from the warranty commencement date, Reverie will send replacement parts (at no cost to the Purchaser) for any defective adjustable bed part to the Purchaser, and Reverie will pay all pre-authorized labor and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts Reverie determines to be defective. This one (1) year Limited Warranty shall not apply if Purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Reverie within 15 days of Purchaser s receipt of replacement part(s). YEARS 2-5: FULL COVERAGE OF PARTS ONLY Upon receiving reasonable written notice at any point in time that is more than one (1) year and up to five (5) years from the warranty commencement date, Reverie will offer replacement parts for any defective adjustable bed part to the Purchaser. This four (4) year Limited Warranty shall not apply if Purchaser does not return any and all defective parts to Reverie within 15 days of Purchaser s receipt of replacement part. Purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor and shipping costs related to the delivery and/or replacement of the defective part. On peut utiliser un adaptateur temporaire ressemblant à l adaptateur illustré dans les photos B et C pour brancher cette fiche à une prise à 2 pôles comme il est illustré dans la photo B si une prise adéquatement mise à la terre n est pas disponible. L adaptateur temporaire doit être utilisé uniquement jusqu à ce qu une prise adéquatement mise à la terre (photo A) puisse être installée par un électricien qualifié. La patte rigide verte fixée à l adaptateur doit être connectée à une mise à la terre permanente telle qu un couvercle de boîte de prise de courant correctement mise à la terre. Lorsqu un adaptateur est utilisé, on doit le maintenir en place par une vis de métal. Ce produit est prévu pour un usage sur un circuit d une puissance nominale de 120 volts et est équipé à l usine d un cordon et d une prise électriques spécifiques pour assurer la connexion à un circuit électrique adéquat. La limite de poids recommandée pour la base motorisée Reverie est de 850 lb de poids total, ce qui inclut les personnes et le matelas, pour toutes les tailles de bases motorisées. La vitesse de levage variera en fonction du poids et de la configuration du matelas, ainsi qu en fonction du type de matelas. Le doit être réparti uniformément sur toute la base motorisée. Ce produit n est pas conçu pour soutenir ou lever un poids total de 850 lb dans les sections des pieds et de la tête de la base motorisée Reverie seule, ou un poids réparti de manière inégale. OUVRIR À PLAT ÉTAPE 1 Soulevez doucement la base motorisée hors du carton d expédition, en maintenant le dessus de l unité vers le bas. Pour des raisons de sécurité, 2 personnes sont nécessaires pour exécuter cette étape. Assurez-vous de placer une couche protectrice sous la base motorisée afin de prévenir tout dommage aux planchers durs. ÉTAPE 2 Assemblage des pattes de la base motorisée: Après avoir ouvert la boîte d accessoires, sortez les 4 pattes et vissez-les dans les trous filetés du cadre en tournant en sens horaire. REMARQUE: Bien serrer les pattes sur le cadre. Ne laisser aucun espace entre les pattes et le cadre. ÉTAPE 3 Détachez et déroulez le cordon d alimentation loin du cadre. MISE EN GARDE: LES CORDONS D ALIMENTATION NE DOIVENT PAS ENTRAVER LES MÉCANISMES DE LA BASE MOTORISÉE. ÉTAPE 4 Retirez le matériel d emballage plastique de la base motorisée. ÉTAPE 5 Retournez doucement la base motorisée à l endroit, soit le dessus vers le haut. ÉTAPE 6 ATTENTION! NE PAS appuyer la base motorisée sur les pattes installées pour la retourner à l endroit. Manutention incorrecte Branchez le cordon d alimentation dans une prise de courant mise à la terre. 39 Directives d assemblage du cadre ÉTAPE 7 Remettez la base en position horizontale et passez à l assemblage des étriers de retenue du matelas. ÉTAPE 8 REMARQUE: Utiliser uniquement un tournevis manuel pour installer les boulons de retenue. NE PAS utiliser de tournevis électrique pour serrer les boulons. NE PAS trop serrer les ferrures de retenue du matelas. Utiliser les boulons de retenue (F) et la plaque de barre de retenue (I) pour fixer l étrier de retenue du matelas (B) à la base motorisée. REMARQUE: Si on doit installer la base motorisée sans tête de lit, il suffit de poser un matelas sur le cadre. L installation est maintenant terminée. 40 Directives d assemblage du cadre ÉTAPE 9 (ACCESSOIRE OPTIONNEL) REMARQUE: Il importe de positionner le bas de la traverse de tête de lit à une distance maximum de 3 po (76,2 mm) entre la tête de lit et le dessus du matelas. Ne pas dépasser 3 po (76,2 mm). Installation de la ferrure de tête de lit (OPTIONNEL) 1. Utilisez la commande manuelle pour élever la tête de la base afin d avoir accès à la base motorisée. 2. Boulonnez la ferrure de tête de lit ntérieure (D) au tube de fixation de la tête de lit situé sur la barre transversale du cadre en acier à l aide des boulons de ferrure de tête de lit (H), la rondelle de 5/16 po (J) et le contre-écrou de 5/16 po (K). Assurezvous que l orientation des ferrures est correcte, comme indiqué. JH J K D K J 3. Disposez le côté ouvert de la ferrure de tête de lit extérieure (E) sur le tube carré exposé de la ferrure de tête de lit (D). Ceci sert à créer un ajustement serré entre (D) et (E). Insérez un boulon de ferrure de tête de lit (H) et une rondelle de 5/16 po (J) dans la ferrure de tête de lit extérieure (E) et dans la ferrure de tête de lit intérieure (D). À l aide d une rondelle de 5/16 po (J) et d un contre-écrou de 5/16 po (K), serrez à la main pour permettre l ajustement. Répétez les mêmes étapes pour le côté opposé de la base motorisée. J D E H 4. Assurez-vous que la ferrure de tête de it est assemblée à une distance de 1,5 po (38,1 mm) à 2 po (50,8 mm) entre le bord de la base motorisée et les assemblages de ferrures de tête de lit. 5. Serrez fermement les boulons de tête de lit (G) à la fin de l assemblage de ferrures de tête de lit. 6. Mesurez la distance entre les trous de fixation centre en centre dans la tête de lit. 7. Mesurez la distance entre les trous de fixation centre en centre dans les assemblages de ferrures de tête de lit. 8. Si les ferrures de tête de lit doivent être ajustées, desserrez les boulons qui retiennent les ferrures de tête de lit extérieures et déplacez-les à la bonne distance. Réinstallez les boulons et serrez fermement. ÉTAPE 10 Posez le matelas par-dessus la base motorisée. G La base motorisée typique est maintenant complète. ÉTAPE 2 Saisissez «Reverie Nightstand» dans la colonne de recherche. ÉTAPE 3 Sélectionnez l appli «reverie». Reverie Nightstand ÉTAPE 4 Cliquez «install» (installer) pour télécharger l appli. Sélectionnez la partie du lit que vous désirez élever ou abaisser (les pieds ou la tête). - À l aide d un doigt, faites glisser le point bleu le long de la courbe jusqu à l élévation désirée. - Ou appuyez et maintenez le symbole «plus» ou «moins» pour ajuster l élévation. La lecture de votre position sur une échelle de 1 à 100 apparaîtra au haut de l écran et près de la position des pieds ou de la tête. Massage Contrôlez l intensité et la durée de votre massage. 45 Guide de fonctionnement de la télécommande NOTICE D UTILISATION: REMARQUE: Tous les écrans s éteignent après 5 secondes; 15 secondes, si l écran s autorégénère AJUSTEMENTS DES PIEDS ET DE LA TÊTE (A,B) Ajuste les sections des pieds et de la tête aux positions désirées. La fonction Zero Clearance (sans dégagement) permet de poser la base directement sur le sol sans les pattes et d ajuster toutes les sections [tête/pieds/oreiller] selon une vaste gamme de mouvements sans qu aucune pièce mécanique sous le lit ne touche le sol. Bref, pour vous permettre d utiliser un lit réglable sans les pattes, selon votre préférence. INCLINAISON (C) Inclut une inclinaison vers l avant et vers l arrière ajustable par télécommande. GRAVITÉ ZÉRO (D) Permet de surélever vos jambes légèrement au-dessus de votre poitrine, ce qui favorise une meilleure circulation sanguine vers le cœur, et ainsi réduire le stress et la fatigue. ANTI-RONFLEMENT (E) Élève la TÊTE légèrement pour faciliter la respiration. BOUTON DE BASE MOTORISÉE «À PLAT» (F) Met la base motorisée en position horizontale lorsque le bouton est maintenu enfoncé au moins 3 secondes. REMARQUE : Tous les boutons de la télécommande peuvent interrompre et arrêter les fonctions À PLAT, GRAVITÉ ZÉRO, Antironflement et préréglages Mémoire 1-2. POSITIONS MÉMOIRE PROGRAMMABLE (G,I) Vous pouvez sauvegarder 2 positions mémoire personnalisées. Pour régler une position mémoire : Après avoir trouvé la position désirée, maintenez enfoncé le bouton Mémoire plus de 5 secondes et ce, jusqu à ce que le voyant DEL clignote 3 fois pour indiquer que la position Mémoire a été sauvegardée. Pour rappeler une position mémoire : Appuyez sur 1 des 2 préréglages. ÉCLAIRAGE AMBIANT ALLUMÉ/ÉTEINT (H) Actionner le bouton Ampoule pour les fonctions Allumer/Éteindre. COMMANDES DE MASSAGE DES PIEDS ET DE LA TÊTE (K,N) Allume l unité de massage correspondant (commençant à l intensité 5 de 10) Augmente ou diminue lentement l intensité demassage. Pour augmenter l intensité de massage, appuyez sur le bouton (+). Pour diminuer l intensité de massage, appuyez sur le bouton (-). REMARQUE: Le réglage le plus bas désactive l unité de massage MOTIF D ONDE DE MASSAGE (L) Actionne les deux moteurs de massage des pieds et de la tête au préréglage d onde 1. REMARQUE : La fonction de massage est conçue pour s éteindre automatiquement après 30 minutes d utilisation continue. PORT DE RECHARGE (O) Pour charger la télécommande, branchez le chargeur mural et connectez au port micro USB. Débranchez et rebranchez la télécommande si le symbole de recharge ne s affiche pas sur l écran. Un voyant DEL clignotant sur la télécommande indique un état de charge faible. 46 AUTRES FONCTIONS DE LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE: Cette base motorisée tire parti d un systèmede télécommande Bluetooth. La télécommande incluse est déjà associéeavec votre base motorisée; elle devrait doncêtre fonctionnelle dès sa sortie de la boîte. Veuillez essayer quelques fonctions pour vousassurer de leur fonctionnalité. Les directives d association se trouvant aux pages suivantes sont requises seulement pour les télécommandes de rechange. Si vous constatez que votre télécommande n est pas associée avec le lit, veuillez suivre les directives d association Bluetooth. REMARQUE: Cette base motorisée peut afficher une performance légèrement intermittente en raison des interférences RF. Il s agit du fonctionnement normal de la base motorisée et ne constitue pas un défaut. Les boutons sont rétroéclairés lorsqu on les enfonce afin d améliorer la visibilité de la télécommande dans des situations de faible éclairage. Les clients peuvent contrôler la télécommande sans faire face au récepteur (la meilleure portée d émission est de 30 pieds ou 10 mètres) La télécommande est équipée d une pile lithiumion pouvant être rechargée en tout temps à l aide de l adaptateur-chargeur mural Micro USB inclus. Veuillez recharger complètement votre télécommande avant de l utiliser pour la première fois. Lorsque la télécommande est complètement chargée, le symbole de recharge disparaît. La tension d entrée de transformation est 120 VCA 60 HZ et la tension de sortie, 36 VCC 4,2 A. En cas de court-circuit, un fusible du transformateur peut brûler afin de protéger l équipement électrique. FONCTION DE VERROUILLAGE DE LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE (D,M) Nous avons créé la fonction de verrouillage de la télécommande pour aider les propriétaires à prévenir une utilisation involontaire de la base. Activer le verrouillage de la télécommande Simultanément, maintenez enfoncés les boutons ZERO G et STOP pendant 3 secondes. Le voyant DEL blanc clignote deux fois pour indiquer l activation. Lorsque la télécommande est en mode verrouillage, même si l on appuie sur un de ses boutons, aucun mouvement de la base motorisée ne se produira. ÉTAPE 4 Il devrait maintenant avoir une liste de boîtes de commande auxquelles vous pouvez vous connecter ; sélectionnez les lits auxquels vous voulez vous connecter [la télécommande peut afficher jusqu à 20 lits] Sélectionnez les deux lits auxquels vous voulez vous connecter en pressant une fois sur le bouton d ampoule. Après avoir sélectionné 2 lits, la télécommande ramènera l utilisateur à l écran d accueil. POUR APPARIER DEUX TÉLÉCOMMANDES À CHAQUE CÔTÉ DU LIT [pour TRÈS GRAND LIT, TRÈS GRAND LIT DIVISÉ ou deux lits] Notre technologie de télécommande et Bluetooth permet d associer/connecter deux télécommandes avec chaque côté du lit de sorte que chaque télécommande puisse contrôler les deux côtés d un lit. Associez/connectez une télécommande avec les deux côtés d un lit, puis attendez que cette télécommande entre en mode veille et associez/connectez l autre télécommande avec les deux côtés du lit. Si deux télécommandes sont connectées à un lit, afin d utiliser activement une des télécommandes pour contrôler le lit, vous devez vous assurer que l autre télécommande est en mode veille. Le fait de «réveiller» l autre télécommande entraînera une déconnexion de l unité de commande et la télécommande indiquera «aucun lit associé». REMARQUE: Ceci s applique aux situations comportant des lits Très grand, là où deux télécommandes sont connectées aux deux côtés du lit. REMARQUE: Si aucun lit n est détecté, alors l affichage indique AUCUN LIT TROUVÉ REMARQUE : Rappelez-vous de recycle tous les appareils électroniques.
