Observe the performance of the headline and sub-indices within the various global, regional and sector-focused segments. Monitor index structural changes on a month-by-month basis (including additions/deletions, name and classification changes and investability weight changes). Access consistent monthly reference data at aggregate and constituent level quickly and easily. Timely and comprehensive content The contains analysis of: Regional/country and sector Capital Return, Gross Total Return and Net Total Return performance data and Total Return Dividend Yield for the leading indices within the series, including those representing the Real Estate sector as a whole and REITS/Non REITS in Global, Developed and Emerging markets, plus other sector/investment-focused indices. Top holdings analysed by region, country and ICB* sector as appropriate (with the exception of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Property Sectors Index, which uses EPRA sector classifications). Valuation ratios (dividend yield, price to earnings, price to book, price to cash earnings, price to sales and return on equity) at aggregate index and constituent levels. Detailed constituent reports for the Developed and Emerging indices. Data is provided in USD, EUR, JPY, GBR, AUD and Local as appropriate. Examples of page content are shown overleaf. The series covers Global, Developed and Emerging markets as well as the UK s AIM market. The indices are produced by FTSE in partnership with the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), a pan-european common interest group, and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), which is a US-focused organisation.
