8 SPORT AND RECREATION Montigny-le-Bretonneux which belongs to the metropolitan borough of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines offers you a lot of sports activities and recreations. For example you have two shopping centers in the heart of the city. One of them called Sqy Ouest is composed of a lot of shops, cinema, bowling alleys, billiards, bars and restaurants The older shopping center Espace Saint Quentin - is composed of main streets shops, restaurants, bars, bookshops, media library. There are lots of sporting associations like football, basketball, volleyball, handball, tennis, dance, gymnastics and the possibility to take part in competitions We ve three swimming pools. One in a huge park in Trappes that we call base de loisirs where people have a wide choice of activities like camping, sailing, horse riding, golfing, discovering the nature reserve, and a farmhouse too. Another water park is in Montigny and the third is in Guyancourt.
