1 EASTER YOGA RETREAT 5-night yoga retreat at the Cinq & Sept guesthouse in the South of France April, We are very excited to announce a 5-night Yoga & Meditation Retreat during Easter week in 2019 with Nickles Spencer, one of the UK's leading and most sought-after teachers of men's yoga. After a group welcome dinner on the first night, the retreat will combine yoga (all standards welcome) by our pool or on the beach each morning and evening with plenty of free time during the rest of the day to explore the area or simply relax by the pool. Activities available include wine tasting in local wineries, excellent seafood on the coast, some of France s most impressive Medieval and Roman ruins, kayaking on the beautiful river Orb and of course hitting the beaches - including Cap d Agde - Europe s largest naturist resort. 2 THE PROGRAM : 16/4 Tuesday : Arrival. Group dinner by the pool. 17/4 Wednesday to 20/4 Saturday: Morning yoga session - either by the pool or on the beach. Group breakfast in the garden. Free time in the afternoon to explore the region or relax by the pool Evening yoga/meditation session - either by the pool or on the beach. 21/4 Sunday : Morning yoga session - either by the pool or on the beach. 3 YOUR INSTRUCTOR: NICKLES SPENCER Nickles is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher and attended his first ever class in He s been teaching yoga for almost a decade and leads several weekly classes in London, fortnightly sessions in Brighton/Hove and regular workshops in both cities. Nickles teaches at festivals all over Europe and hosts several yoga holidays and retreats each year. Aiming to help men rediscover their joi de vivre and the sensory/sensuous energetic pleasures their bodies can offer them, Nickles uses yoga to help students to connect with one of the fundamental philosophies of yoga: selfacceptance. It also helps men conquer negativity and self-criticism, while grounding themselves in their masculinity. And it feels good. His sessions are playful, fun, nourishing, nurturing, sociable, connected and founded in a practice that is both safe and hearty. 3

5 THE ACCOMMODATION: Cinq & Sept is a luxury gay guesthouse located in the Languedoc region of the South of France. The guesthouse offers a large pool and garden with a summer lounge area in which you can relax. All of the suites at Cinq & Sept comprise of a bedroom, sitting room, shower room, and all have well equipped kitchens. Beds can be either two single beds or one king-sized bed. Each suite is furnished to a very high standard with everything you might need. For example, en-suite shower rooms feature showers with large 'Raindance' heads and pool/beach towels are provided. Visit our website for more details: FLIGHTS - The closest airport is Béziers (only 25 mins drive away), which is served by Ryanair flying from London Luton, Bristol, Edinburgh and Manchester. Montpellier airport is 50 minutes away. Other close airports include Perpignan, Carcassonne, Nîmes, Toulouse, Marseille and Girona. CAR HIRE- is encouraged and can be arranged, so please let us know if this interests you. Alternatively you can travel from/to airport by taxi.
