19 Recommended action points: Correct errors associated with ineffective CEFTA agreement; Rapid implementation of improved CEFTA agreement ( if needed); Kosovo Government to foreword to CEFTA plan most beneficial to the country; Apply measures toward countries that are blocking products of Kosovo; Implementation of mechanisms to execute the new export policy and strategy; Improve transport infrastructure and maintain them ( regular schedule); Enable Kosovo transport international membership
