7 Methodology Research design The purpose of the study is to identify and show the impact of the internal factors of companies and the impact of the external factors, basically of government ( in) actions on export success in Kosovo based on: Questionnaire for exporting companies; Questionnaire for government institutions; Interviews;

19 Recommended action points: Correct errors associated with ineffective CEFTA agreement; Rapid implementation of improved CEFTA agreement ( if needed); Kosovo Government to foreword to CEFTA plan most beneficial to the country; Apply measures toward countries that are blocking products of Kosovo; Implementation of mechanisms to execute the new export policy and strategy; Improve transport infrastructure and maintain them ( regular schedule); Enable Kosovo transport international membership
