1 INSTRUCTIONS To fill in anonymous questionnaires Article 1. This manual defines procedures for completion of mandatory economic information that needs to be collected through an anonymous questionnaire. Article 2. During the interview, interviewer must explain to the respondent the importance of information that must be completed. Article 3. Information from anonymous questionnaires completed will be used solely for statistical purposes and for calculating the economic and social indicators. The information will not be disclosed to third parties or institutions. Article 4. INCOME - In completing income than those of fish and seasonal transport of people need to be given and received subsidies (if any), item I. 3.
