1 2011/12 Europe Mediterranean & Caribbean Programme P&O CRUISES 2011/12 EUROPE, MEDITERRANEAN and CARIBBEAN PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS ADONIA Adonia joins P&O Cruises for her maiden season in 2011 and offers a small ship experience, which is perfect for those who enjoy the unique camaraderie that a ship of this size can foster (she carries just 710 passengers). It also means that she affords travellers the chance to visit a collection of destinations not accessible to large ships, including a number of brand new ports of call (Adonia s itineraries feature the majority of our 9 brand new ports, as well as the 20 ports that we haven t visited for quite some time). In the Autumn she will operate a number of Mediterranean fly-cruises sailing to the Central and Eastern Mediterranean including a Christmas and New Year fly cruise to the Holy Land. P&O CRUISES OFFERS CHOICE P&O Cruises offers the greatest choice of ex-uk cruises of any other brand with more cruises, more ports of call, more choice of ships and more holiday durations. Passengers will have more choice than ever before with 156 cruises sailing in 2011 and spring In total there are 270 ports in 90 countries with the option to fly-cruise in the Caribbean and Mediterranean or to sail out of Southampton. VENTURA AND AZURA Ventura and Azura will be offering Caribbean fly-cruising in the winter months but, unlike previous years, Oceana s winter cruising will offer a mix of longer Caribbean and Eastern Mediterranean cruises sailing from Southampton, as well as Canary Island and Western Mediterranean cruises. WHAT WILL THE SAVINGS BE FOR LAUNCH? There are great savings to be made for those who book early (by 30 th June 2010). On our selected 20 Seasonal Savers cruises passengers can take advantage of Double Early Bird savings. There is also Double Early Bird Savings offered on balcony staterooms with savings up to 800 per couple for a 14 night cruise (based on CC to CA grades on Ventura and Azura). Upgrade from an outside stateroom to a balcony stateroom from just 10 per person per night. Plus there s free car parking available and on board spending money of between 50 and up to 250 per couple on cruises 4 nights and over. The double Early Bird Saving does not apply to Arcadia s Grand Alaskan Adventure. So make sure you book early at The Cruise Village SEASONAL SAVERS. There are 20 Seasonal Saver cruises and passengers booking these cruises are rewarded with Double Early Bird Savings. Passengers booking a balcony stateroom (includes balcony staterooms, superior deluxe staterooms, mini suites and suites) will receive - double Early Bird Saving discount + one Seasonal Saver discount = 3 times the base brochure Early Bird Saving discount. There are savings of up to 1200 per couple for passengers booking a Seasonal Saver 14 night cruise (based on CC to CA grades on A124 or N127). The Seasonal Saver cruises are detailed on page 5. CRUISE VILLAGE OFFERS P&O CRUISES ONBOARD SPENDING MONEY. Passengers booking any cruise within the programme (with the exception of cruises of 4 nights and under) will receive onboard spending ranging from 50 and up to 250 per couple which will be credited to their onboard account. The onboard spending money is banded by duration and is available for the first two passengers sharing a stateroom (see table below). Nights Onboard Spending Money (pp) >

3 FREE CAR PARKING. On cruises of 7 nights or more which leave from and return to our cruise terminals in Southampton. This saves passengers 73 for a 7 night cruise, 126 for a 14 night cruise and even more on longer cruises. The car parking is operated by Cruise and Passengers Services (CPS) and on confirmation of the booking with P&O Cruises, both P&O Cruises and The Cruise Village remind passengers that the Free Car Parking should be booked with CPS no later than 35 days prior to the sailing date. If a vehicle is wider or longer than a standard car parking space (2.4m by 5m), it may be subject to full car parking rates to cover the charge of the additional spaces required. The Tariff pricing and offers featured in the brochure are valid for all new bookings confirmed from on-sale day up to 30 th June PORTUNUS BENEFITS AT THE CRUISE VILLAGE DOUBLE ONBOARD SPENDING MONEY AT THE CRUISE VILLAGE. As an additional incentive for our loyal past passengers we will be offering them double the brochured onboard credit values for bookings up to 30 th June PORTUNUS CRUISES DISCOUNT AVAILABLE AT THE CRUISE VILLAGE. Portunus Club passengers booking a Portunus themed cruise will receive an exclusive member discount of an additional 5%. The Portunus Club 5% Saving will apply to the tariff fare after the Early Bird Saving has been deducted. The Portunus benefits will be communicated to our past passengers via a mailing. PRICING The First Edition fares and Early Bird Savings will become obsolete on publication of a revised version of the First Edition brochure on 1 st July COMBINATION SAVER The Early Bird saving can also be combined with the 10% Combination Saver if booking 2 consecutive cruises. The combination savers do not apply if one or both of the cruises are of 4 nights or less in duration, a world voyage or part of a world voyage including Arcadia s Grand Alaskan Adventure. The Combination Saver provides the passenger with a 10% reduction on the combined adult tariff after the Earlybird saving has been applied and the 10% reduction does not apply to Holiday Package Addons, regional flight suppleme, premium flight seats or UK hotel overnights. 4 SINGLES AND SUPPLEMENTS Azura features 18 single staterooms, 12 outside RA grade and 6 inside SA grade. In addition, we sell a number of multiple occupancy staterooms for single occupancy at an additional supplement. The single suppleme are between 40% and 80% and they are available on the following grades: Arcadia: DA - OE grades Aurora: IA - OD grades excluding KA and OA Azura: JA - OG grades Oceana: JA - OD grades Oriana: KB - OD grades Ventura: JA - OG grades Adonia: JA - OD grades CA to CC grades on Azura and Ventura are available for single occupancy at an additional supplement of 80%. 6 ITINERARIES The 2011/12 programme is P&O Cruises largest ever, consisting of 156 cruises. P&O Cruises will be visiting lots of enticing destinations in 2011 and will be calling at no less than 270 ports in 90 countries. The programme features 9 new ports which P&O Cruises have never sailed to before and 20 ports which P&O Cruises have not visited in the last 5 years, see summary below. The programme features lots of innovation for P&O Cruises including new sectors on Arcadia s Grand Alaska Adventure Voyage (launched in December 2010), an all year round ex-uk programme on Oceana and a Winter Mediterranean fly programme on Adonia from late October to the beginning of January. The programme also features more short duration cruises (12 nights or less) and all Baltic cruises include a two night experience in St. Petersburg. This means that passengers can choose to fly on a Friday or Saturday. If passengers have chosen to fly out to the Caribbean on a Friday, their return flight will be overnight on a Friday, arriving Saturday. Likewise, if they have flown out on a Saturday, they will fly back overnight on a Saturday, arriving home on Sunday. Both departures are identical in duration and the only exceptions being the transatlantic cruises at the start and the end of the Caribbean season. SPA PACKAGE A luxury Spa package is available if passengers are booking either JD or OD stateroom grades on Azura. The price of the Spa package depends on the passengers cruise duration and the prices are based on two people sharing: 3 to 7 night cruise 498 ( 249 pp) 11 to 15 night cruise 598 ( 299 pp) 16 or more nights 798 ( 399pp) 7

8 FLIGHTS AZURA & VENTURA CARIBBEAN FLIGHTS Azura and Ventura Winter Caribbean turnarounds are Barbados based and take place across two days, Friday and Saturday. The flight to and from Barbados includes a complimentary bar and the baggage allowance is 23kg (hold luggage) and 5kg (hand baggage). Charter flights are available from 9 regional airports for 2011/12 Caribbean programme: BFS - Belfast BHX - Birmingham CWL -Cardiff EDI - Edinburgh EMA - East Midlands GLA - Glasgow LGW - London Gatwick MAN - Manchester NCL - Newcastle Passengers will be charged a 49 supplement per person if flying from a regional airport (excluding London Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham and East Midlands). P&O Cruises offer upgrades to a premium seat on a number of their charter flights from 199 per person return. For transatlantic cruises P&O Cruises offer upgrades at a cost of 99 per person one-way. Benefits include larger, more comfortable seats and extra legroom. Upgrades to premium seats are subject to availability, must be purchased on a roundtrip basis where available, and are not always offered on all of P&O Cruises UK regional departures. If premium seats are withdrawn from a particular flight for any reason, the upgrade supplement for that flight sector will be refunded in full. P&O Cruises is also offering scheduled economy flights to Barbados at a supplement of 699 per person for a round trip or 379 per person for one way. These prices include transfers. 8

9 ADONIA MEDITERRANEAN FLIGHTS The prices featured in the brochure for Adonia s Mediterranean fly cruises are cruise-only, and a price for a Holiday Package Addon option including flights and coach transfers is shown separately within the fare table. The holiday package add-on is 99 for round trip fly cruise and 49 for the positioning fly cruises (D111 & D201). Regional flights are available from London Gatwick and Manchester. ARCADIA ALASKA SECTORS The prices featured in the brochure for Arcadia s Alaska sectors are cruise-only, and a price for a Holiday Package Add-on option including flights and coach transfers is shown separately within the fare table. HOTEL OVERNIGHTS P&O Cruises offer an overnight hotel stay for the night before the flights at London Gatwick and Manchester at a price of 119 per room. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR AZURA, VENTURA & ADONIA FLY CRUISES For cruises N127/A, A124/A and D111 where passengers sail from Southampton and fly back to UK, P&O Cruises offer a complementary coach service from designated airports to Southampton on embarkation day so that the passengers can pick up their car at the airport on their return to the UK. For cruises N205/A, A206/A and D111, where passengers fly to the ship and sail back to Southampton, P&O Cruises offer a complementary coach service from the cruise terminal to the airport of departure on disembarkation day. 9
