1 ROUTE A100 Return Cruise m/s Afrodita 8 Days from Split, Brač, Makarska, Korčula, Dubrovnik, Mljet, Hvar and Split Itinerary: Day 1: ARRIVAL IN SPLIT, Saturday (D) We embark in Split, with a welcome dinner in the evening and a night s accommodation on board. Day 2: SPLIT - THE ISLAND OF BRAČ - MAKARSKA, Sunday (B,L) Before breakfast we set sails for the island of Brač. Enjoy a pleasant sea-front walk and swim, if weather permits, in Pučišća, one of Brač s many lovely coves and bays, where you can visit amazing stonemason school. Lunch on board. Our next destination is Makarska, on the mainland, where we will spend the night. You will have the possibility to book Dalmatian village party and enjoy traditional Dalmatian cuisine and music. Day 3: MAKARSKA - THE ISLAND OF KORČULA, Monday (B,L) We depart for the island of Korčula in the morning, with a stop along the way to swim, if weather permits, cool off and relax, with lunch on board. In the late afternoon we arrive at Korčula, the most preserved medieval town whose street design is based on a fish bone pattern, to spend the night. You will have the possibility to book walking tour of Korčula. Day 4: KORČULA ISLAND - DUBROVNIK, Tuesday (B,L) In the morning we start sailing to Dubrovnik, stopping on the way for a swim, if weather permits. Lunch is on board, and in the afternoon we arrive in UNESCO World Heritage listed Dubrovnik Pearl of the Adriatic. We will spend the night in Dubrovnik. You will have the possibility to book walking tour of Dubrovnik with transfer included. Day 5: DUBROVNIK - MLJET NATIONAL PARK, Wednesday (B,L,D) Departing from Dubrovnik in the morning, our sail to Mljet Island includes a stop for swimming, if weather permits and lunch on board. Croatian Greenest island will hypnotize you with its beautiful, untouched nature and its cultural heritage. We arrive in the heart of the National Park. If you want to visit it, you ll just walk to the entrance where you can purchase the ticket to walk around the Great Lake and the Small Lake and join the boat ride to St. Mary Island. This evening you can join the Captain s Dinner onboard. We will spend the night in Mljet. Day 6: THE ISLAND OF MLJET - THE ISLAND OF HVAR, Thursday (B,L) In the morning we continue our adventure by sailing to the island of Hvar, the sunniest island. We stop along the way for a relaxing swim in one of the secluded coves on along the way (weather permitting). Lunch on board and in the afternoon we arrive in the town of Hvar. Apart from its unique cultural heritage, Hvar is celebrated destination for singles and families, sailboats and super-yachts. With its sunny climate, natural beauty, excellent food, wine and sports offer, Hvar has it all and that s why it became so popular and wanted during summer time. Day 7: THE ISLAND OF HVAR - SPLIT, Friday (B,L) In the morning we depart for Split, stopping along the way for a relaxing swim at Bobovišća bay on Brač Island, if weather permits. After lunch on board, we arrive in Split and you will have the possibility to book the guided tour of Split, the historical centre of the city is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. 6 Saturday Zadar embarkation Embarkation starts at 12:00. Get settled, and later join your fellow sailors for a Welcome Reception with dinner. (D) Sunday Zadar Olib Mali Lošinj Wake-up in the sandy island of Olib, overgrown by black pine. As there are no cars on the island, it is a favorite destination for boaters and sailors. Olib has a lovely little fort, the remains of the monastery and the Church of the Assumption of Mary, where you can see a document written in the Glagolitic script the alphabet in which Croatian was first written. Lunch aboard, while continuing our journey towards Mali Losinj, located on the island with the same name. Thanks to its mild climate, pinewoods and air, the island of Mali Losinj is an ideal place to recreate your body and spirit. (B, L) Monday Mali Lošinj Pula Continue your journey with a morning swim stop. Lunch aboard. Afternoon we arrive in Pula, arguably one of the most beautiful of Istrian cities. You will have possibility to book a guided tour that will show You some exciting stories of antiquity, as you walk the footsteps of the ancients and visit the Amphitheatre. Evening is free in Pula. (B, L) Tuesday Pula Brijuni Rovinj Depart from Pula in the morning, sailing to the Brijuni National Park, once the personal State Summer Residence of President Marshal Josip Broz Tito. Arriving to the island, a part of heaven discloses in front of your eyes in the unique harmony of flora, fauna and heritage. Following the visit, lunch aboard, with a swim stop before we reach a romantic town of Rovinj. Feel its past times as you walk around the Old town s cobbled narrow streets, winding at the foot of the Church of St. Euphamia, the favorite gathering place of artists from around the world. (B, L) Srijeda Rovinj Cres Today we start our journey back to Zadar. We depart for Cres before breakfast with swim stop on the way in one of the beautiful Kamenjak horn coves. Lunch aboard and continue sailing to Cres, long and narrow island covered with oak, beech and pine forests as well as vineyards and olive tree plantations. Cres and Mali Lošinj used to be one island but a channel dug by the Romans separated them. Spend the night in the harbour of this typical medieval town Cres.
