17 Captain José Maresca, Italian, 41 y.o. José was born in Vico Equense, small town of the Sorrentine Peninsula, and started his career at sea 20 years ago working for his small family business that organizes mini cruises on the coastline. He worked as engineer on a motor yacht of 40 meters. Later he decided to pursue a career in chartering. José has the Yacht Master qualification. He has outstanding managerial skills and he is a very outgoing person who loves dealing with people who love the sea. His hobbies are fishing and water sports. José is also an amazing chef specialized in Mediterranean cuisine. He speaks Italian and English. Stewardess Roberta Giordano, Italian, 27 y.o. Roberta was born in Castellammare di Stabia, a small city of the Gulf of Naples, not far from the enchanting Sorrentine Peninsula. After achieving her studies, she started to work getting involved in different kind of jobs. She worked as secretary, in the insurance field and also for a mobile operator company. But her true vocation, the passion for the sea and the contact with people, led her to move her steps in the charter industry. In fact, she obtained the necessary certifications to embark and started this new challenge. Roberta is a kind and polite hostess; a flexible and well organized person. Her main role onboard Askim 3 is to welcome the guests, make them feel comfortable, and satisfy all their needs. She takes care of all the interior part of the yacht. Italian mother tongue, she speaks school English. Deckhand Gaetano Zito, Italian, 31 y.o. Gaetano was born in the heart of the Sorrentine Peninsula, cradle of a rooted maritime tradition. After achieving the degree in Foreign Languages, he attended all the maritime trainings to embark and in 2006 he started his maritime career aboard the MSC Cruises ships as Purser till During these years of navigation, he acquired a lot of experience that allowed him to enter then in the Yachting Industry world. A meticulous and reliable seamen, he is a well organized person, with a hard working nature, always dedicated to the customer care.
