The interior consists of Three Cabins, each with En-Suite baths, a Lounge Room with dining area, galley, Self contained quarters in the bow which can be used as Crew Cabin or studio apartment, Terrace, Swimming Pool, 25mts by 5mts of Storage in The Hull. She provides full comfort with a 220 HP Marine Engine, 6kva Generator, Solar Energy, Solar Hot Water System, and Central Heating and air conditioning throughout. She has Classic Solid Timber Wooden Deck, and has four collision bulkheads. This unique Barge can be used for Luxury Living or Deluxe Charter, Certification for Navigation until 2015 which can be renewed every 10yrs by European law. Accommodation and Layout: From the bow is a studio fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom which serve as crew quarters. This studio/crew cabin is accessed from deck. Next aft is a concrete pool, the patio is lined in mosaic glass tile. Far aft is a terrace with dining table and helm. Enter through the galley, follow forward to the lounge and dining room. There are three luxury cabins, each with ensuite bathroom, one of which has a sunken tub. Below decks offers a vast amount of storage space. Under the living area is room for storage with water tanks, washing machine and fridge. At the stern the engine room is separated by a collision bulkhead. The exterior photos were taken while Aviso was in a temporary day berth so work could be done on the pool. In the evening the barge would be moved back to her normal berth area. A lot of redecorating was started in The interior was about 80% done and the exterior woodwork, paint and swimming pool will all be done before the start of summer. There are six bicycles carried aboard and a very small 4 person car that can be put on and off the barge with a crane in minutes by a single person. 1

27 The color in these salon / dining area pictures is a bit off. The walls are a bit lighter than seen even in this picture. The kitchen is messy because a lot of work was being done for a dinner the evening these pictures were taken. 27

33 This is one of three guest cabins. This one is called the boat cabin and is between the kitchen and the salon just forward of the kitchen. This is my favorite cabin. Pictures of Myles friends and their families who live in France or other places not in the USA in most cases. 33

43 This is the Asian cabin. It is just forward of the salon. It is the only cabin that is of Myles choice of décor. There are a lot of his dragons from his dragon collection from Vietnam in here. 43
