4 OUR STORY Kinabalu North Shipyard & Maritime Sdn Bhd () is a joint venture between Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn Bhd (SEC) and Weldan Marketing Sdn Bhd (Weldan) to deliver a first-class marine services facility for the ever expanding maritime industry. With SEC experience in energy and services based industries and Weldan s expertise in ship repair, the concept of made into reality. is ideally and strategically located at Sepangar Bay, Kota Kinabalu and which started operating in January Covering about 17 acres of land with a sea front with just short of 1 kilometer, we are able to meet their varying requirements for a multitude of vessels and other marine structure. Our 6000TLC 56m long floating dry dock will make light work of lifting some of the heavier vessels whether it be for a quick survey or a major repair. To date, we have 4 marine industries that we have embraced in our yard, namely Superyachts, Oil and Gas, Government Vessels and Commercial Vessels. And we are keen to explore any other industries that would be great to enhance our expertise in the ship repair. The yard offers great variety of services from ship repair to berthing facilities, open and closed storage, wharfage and docking options and many more. 8 Yard Facilities The Kinabalu North Shipyard and Maritime is presently under development. We are expanding our yard facilities on a weekly basis and continually adding equipment and facilities so we can serve you better. At present, we currently have the following facilities available: Titan-Floating Dry Dock Capable of lifting up to 6000 tonnes. Our 56m long floating dry dock can lift V-shaped vessels, flat bottom vessels and marine structures. At the moment, repairs and servicing are carried out on the dock itself. Berths At this point, 5 berths are being made ready, with more planned for future expansion for a variety of vessel sizes. Storage Our worry-free open and closed storage facilities are equip with 24/7 security. Workshop A covered workshop and machine area handled by our skillful manpower Open Fabrication Area For fabricating and repair of steel structures with our in-house team of fabricators and welders AND MANY MORE FACILITIES TO COME!!

9 LOCATION is ideally located at Sepangar Bay, which is just on the North of Kota Kinabalu City on the West Coast of Sabah. The strategic location of the bay means a safe haven from the sometimes-rougher-weather experience on the west coast.
