11 Precautions and Suggestions : Before Departure Arrive at airport 3 hours prior to flight to complete Check-in, Immigration, Customs, Security Check and boarding procedure. Fill all Emigration cards as per details in passport / boarding pass. Please report for ATTENDANCE to concerned college faculty accompanying your group and only then proceed for check-in. In Emigration Cards : (For address in USA fill in : Hotel Holiday Inn West Covina and for purpose of visit :Tourist / Holiday) Do not lose your baggage tags, immigration cards. Please arrange for pick up and drop to airport on your own during departure and arrival at Bangalore Airport as per flight schedule. On Board Please sit only according to boarding pass seat numbers. On Tour No eating/drinking and walking inside coach, else fine will be imposed. Report at specified time for all tours, sightseeing, meals. Drivers are very strict and bus will depart on time. Deviation from the above itinerary is not permitted. Never leave your baggage unattended at any time.

13 At the Hotel Rooms are on Triple sharing basis. Swapping of rooms is not allowed We are not responsible for your belongings in whatsoever manner. Guest are not entertained. Usage of extras at hotels like ISD calls, pay TV, Mini bar, mineral water, laundry are chargeable. Damage to hotel property, loss of keys attract penalty. Do not cause disturbance to other guests at hotel. This is a serious offence. In General Keep all travel documents like passports, tickets, insurance safely throughout the tour. Carry Bags/Suitcases with wheels. Lock your baggage at all times and label them. No Portage on tour - Carry minimum luggage. 14 Note Passport will be collected by the college authorities on the 19th Feb and will be returned on 22nd Feb Students are strictly prohibited from making a de-tour, as this will hamper the schedule of the entire group. Tour Itinerary/Timings/Routing/Programme is subject to change due to local weather conditions, flight delays, traffic jam, sole discretion of College / Travel Agent / Tour Operator-Jagadish Tours. By accepting the flight tickets, Cruise and itinerary and by travelling on this tour, you are accepting the conditions of carriage of respective airlines, terms and conditions of the tour operator, abiding by the law and constitution of the United States Of America and the Jain University Conditions of Travel. In case of acts of God like typhoon, hurricane, sand storm, volcanic ash, tsunami, Zika, Strike by Airline or their staff, severe weather conditions, political instability etc which are beyond our control, the group shall be shifted to next available flight by the respective airline. Depending on the local conditions and circumstances, we shall try our level best to make all necessary arrangements at minimum cost payable by guests.
