DAY 10 CRUISING TRACY ARM/JUNEAU Tracy Arm is a narrow, 26 mile-long fjord with dramatic glaciers that create icebergs of every size and shape that slowly drift and make their way to the sea. This afternoon you will arrive in Juneau, the capital of Alaska. The town of Juneau has the massive Mendenhall Glacier and the immense Juneau Icefields at its back door. Explore the lush Tongass National Forest. Visit the rustic shops in town or take the tram to the top of Mt. Roberts for dramatic views. There is no end to the adventures because of the long daylight hours. DAY 11 SKAGWAY Skagway is everyone s picture of what Alaska must have been like during the Gold Rush with visions of the Klondike days. It is also famous for being the home of The White Pass and Yukon Railroad. It is a very memorable trip. DAY 12 GLACIER BAY SCENIC CRUISING The trip to Glacier Bay takes you through passages that bring you close to the rock walls and under high cliffs. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful! DAY 13 KETCHIKAN Native heritage plays a large role in Ketchikan culture which includes the largest collection of totem poles in the world found at Totem Bight State Historical Park, Saxman Native Village and the Totem Heritage Center Museum.
