1 1 Section Quick and easy access to parts is made possible by the wide variety of trays, bins, and framing components available from Bosch. Individual workstation grab trays, containers, and ledges place parts within easy reach of workers, and mobile tool carts permit the transport of parts from one work area to another. The following pages review a portion of workstation modules and accessories available from Bosch. To see our complete line, refer to our Manual Ergonomic Workstation and Accessories catalog. 2 2 Tray Profile (xt) 8 The tray profile has 8mm and mm T-slots and is suitable for building sets of shelves with parts containers and trays. You can create a mobile tool cart by adding casters to the bottom of your structure. End cap kit must be ordered separately. 3 3 Hanging Profile (15x30) 8 The hanging profile has an 8mm T-slot and is designed for hanging parts bins and grab containers, providing easy access to parts. Available with two surface finishes: clear anodized and chromatized for ESD applications. End cap must be ordered separately. Ability to nest trays, containers, and ledges permits better use of space by increasing component density. Ergonomic built-in skirt lip and rib bottom make it easier to pick up single parts. Sloped front edge helps reduce wrist flex. Choice of mounting methods: (1) mount directly onto 15x30 profile, or (2) mount into mm T-slot of any profile using container hanger shown on page -7. 6 6 Plastic Grab Ledges 8 Stackable plastic grab ledges hold medium size parts at the worktable to provide easy assembly. Ledges are designed so that grab containers and trays can be nested into them. Ledges separate parts before they re needed. Ribbed bottom allows users to easily pick up parts. Choice of mounting: (1) mount directly onto 15x30 profile, or (2) mount into mm T-slot of any profile using container hanger shown on page -7. Two widths available: 90mm and 131mm. 7 7 Labels, Label Clips, and Container Hangers Label clips are made of transparent plastic and clip directly on the front of the grab container. Labels are easily slid into the clip. 8 8 Information Board 8 The information board provides workers with sequence of assembly instructions, test information, or packaging instructions, and can be positioned at eye level. The board consists of a three-ring binder, and is made of rugged, molded plastic. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the profile. Removable transparent sleeves for 8 1 / 2 x paper are available to keep documents clean and protected from damage. 9 250 9 Tool Cart Handles The tool cart handles for material handling trays and tool carts attach to mm T-slotted profiles. Available as complete kits for horizontal mounting (comes with one handle) or vertical mounting (comes with two handles). Kits include one or two handles, side profiles, end caps, fasteners, and gussets for mounting ESD tubing and injection-molded dowels. Conductive handle tubing available for ESD protection and injection-molded dowel can also be ordered separately. Mounting hardware included. 10 Shelf Bracket This bracket is used for mounting a shelf or desktop to profiles with mm T-slots. Bracket is available in five lengths from 175mm to 495mm, and in left- and righthand versions. 11 Tool Rail Kit The tool rail kit is designed for use with the standard Bosch extension strut. The 00mm wide extension strut easily accommodates the 1200mm tool rail kit F max =40kg The tool rail kit includes the 1200mm roller channel profile (A), tool shuttle (B), end caps (C), and adjustable angle gussets (D). 12 12 Tool Rail Components Order tool rail components separately to build custom length tool rails or to add additional tool rail shuttles to workstations and assembly stations. Roller channel profile A is specifically designed for use with the tool hanger shuttle D or tool hanger E. The tool hanger shuttle D rides on Delrin rollers and has rubber bumpers to cushion stops. It carries loads up to 40 kg (88 lbs). 13 13 Swivel Hanger Kit This heavy-duty swivel hanger holds trays, containers, tool holders, and work lights on mm T-slotted profiles, and provides pivot action to move products in or out of the way. Position can be locked in place with the clamping lever at any location within the 230 range of rotation. Includes all brackets, mounting hardware, and profile end caps (profile not included). Minimum profile length for swivel hanger is 70mm ( 2 3 / 4 ). 14 14 Pivot Joint Kit The pivot joint kit is available for x and x90 profiles. It attaches on one side with a boltconnector kit and on the other side with T-nuts. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, including mounting brackets, xhr profile, bolt connector kit, and mounting hardware. 15 15 Monitor Arm Kit The hinged monitor support arm provides additional workspace on your workstation and mounts to any profile with mm T-slots. An optional pull-out keyboard holder helps keep your keyboard in position. The optional mouse holder attaches easily to the side of the monitor shelf and provides a convenient location for a computer mouse. The monitor arm kit (A) includes all required components to assemble one monitor arm. Order the keyboard holder (B) and mouse holder (C) separately below. 16 16 Center Profile Fixture Plate Components 8 Alignment Insert End Profile The fixture plate provides a surface with lots of T-slots to easily mount and relocate fixtures and prototype components. The profiles are available in two interlocking configurations: end profiles and center profiles, each 0mm deep to allow you to create a fixture plate as large as necessary. Use the alignment insert between adjacent sections to keep the profiles from shifting. Use a piece of 30x30 profile and self-tapping screws to tie the ends together. 17 17 Worktable Cup, Bottle, and Cloth Holders Cup, bottle, and cloth holders prevent these items from cluttering the work surface and help keep it clean. Cup holders are made of a durable, black molded plastic. The bottle holder can accommodate round or rectangular containers. Made of light gray plastic-coated steel wire.
