Full Hook-up sites have water, sewer, and 0/0/0 amp electrical service. Partial Hook-up sites have water and 0/0/0 amp electrical service. Primitive dry camp site no hook ups. Reservations are taken months in advance. Space availability and late arrival lists are posted on the bathhouse bulletin board each evening after office hours. Check in with MWR representative at the RV Park office located in the Auto Skills Center, Building, at the corner of Birmingham Ave and Jason Street the following morning after :00am. Partial Hook-up Located on the shore of the St. Johns River, The S Jacksonville Recreational Vehicle Park is equipped with 8 full hook-up sites (water, electric, sewer), partial hook-up sites (water, electric) and primitive sites. Our facilities include a bathhouse with showers, restrooms, and a FREE laundry room. ewspaper racks are also located there for your convenience.

4 About Your Stay Reservations: May be made months in advance at the RV Park office located in the Auto Skills Center, Building, at the corner of Birmingham Ave and Jason Street, or by phone. A reservation fee must accompany all reservations. Telephone reservations may be made with credit card only. Reservations fees are credited toward the space rental. Reservations are based on your request, guaranteeing only the site s service. Reservations never guarantee a site location. RV Park Office Hours Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Federal Holidays Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Length of Stay: The RV Park is intended to be a recreation facility and not for long term camping. Reservations are based on availability and length of stay is determined by the season. Your length of stay is based on what season the majority of your reservation falls into winter or summer. Once you have reached your eligibility maximum you must leave the park for months. Winter season (ovember April) maximum rental time is days (8 weeks) for active duty, days ( weeks) for military retirees, and 8 days ( weeks) for authorized o civilians. Reservations may not exceed maximums stated above. Summer season (May October) maximum rental time is 0 days ( weeks) for active duty, days (8 weeks) for military retirees, and 8 days ( weeks) for authorized o civilians. Reservations may not exceed maximums stated above. Eligible Personnel: The RV Park is provided as a recreation facility for active duty, retired, their dependents and reserve military personnel. S JAX F, O civilian employees and O retirees from S JAX. Registration: All personnel using the RV Park will register at the RV Park office in Building, during working hours. After working hours eligible persons may go directly to the RV Park. A list of vacant sites will be posted. Persons with reservations will find their names and sites posted. All personnel will register the next morning by am at the Auto-Skills Center. Park Rules Absolutely no discharge of sewage or gray matter on the ground, the pavement or in the storm drains is permitted. All wastewater will be dumped at the dump station. Violators will be immediately expelled without a refund. Patrons are responsible for the cleanliness of their site. All trash is to be placed in dumpster provided. Quite hours will be observed from pm-am daily. Each RV campsite may have one vehicle space in addition to the RV at each site. Bar-B-Que grills that do not sit on the ground may be placed anywhere on the site. Ashes from the grills will not be poured on the ground. Ensure that ashes are completely out prior to placing in trash dumpsters in trash bags. Trees enhance the beauty of our RV Park and may not be cut or trimmed in anyway, at anytime. Pets must be kept under control at all times. o pet can be left outside unattended at any time. RV Park users are responsible for cleaning up any mess created by their pets. The U.S. avy, S Jacksonville and MWR epartment will not be responsible for any vehicle or equipment left unattended or not secured. Patron agrees to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the current SJAXIST Series 1, a copy of which is available for review in the Auto Skills Center office and posted at the RV Park.
