2 FLEXIBLE HOSES PUR 0.4mm 0.7mm Flexible hoses PUR is made of polyurethane and is available in 0.4 and 0.7mm thickness. The hoses are suitable for transport of granulate and dust. The hoses are durable, suitable for transport of slightly abrasive particles e.g. for dust exhaust within the wood and plastic industries. The hoses are resistant to low solutions of solvents and vapours. The hose is with Helix wire. Temperature range: -40 to +100 C. The hose is available in standard lengths of 10m. Delivered in ca. 2.2m lengths, plastic wrapped. The PUR hose is also available for use in the food processing industry with FDA approval. PUR-D-S thickness Example: PUR-127-0,4: 0.4mm flexible PUR hose with inner of 127mm. Suitable for hose spigots HS-125. Fixed with e.g hose clip HC-125. Page 1

3 FLEXIBLE HOSES PEV Flexible hoses PEV are polyestervowen hoses with double PVC coated polyamid steel spring. The hose is very stabile and flexible and resistant to high pressure and vacuum. The hose can be used for point exhaust e.g. for welding arms. The hose is suitable for almost all kinds applications within the ventilation industry. Temperature range: -40 to +90 C. Fire retardant according to DIN4102-B1. The hose is supplied in 10m lengths. Other lengths can be supplied upon request. 4 FLEXIBLE HOSES - PE Flexible hoses PE are made of polyethylene. The hoses are suitable for exhaust of vapour/fumes as well as for cold/varm air in ventilation systems. The hoses are only suitable for clean air and vapours. Temperature range: -20 to +70 C. Fire retardant according to DIN4102-B1/B2. The hose is supplied in 10m lengths. 5 FLEXIBLE HOSES - VAC Flexible hoses VAC are made of PVC. The hoses are suitable for central vacuum systems and for transport of abrasive granulate. Temperature range: -20 to +70 C. Fire retardant according to DIN4102-B1/B2. The hose is supplied in 10m lengths. Other lengths available upon request. VAC-D Example: VAC-63: VAC flexible hose with inner of 63mm. Page 4

6 FLEXIBLE HOSES ALUS Flexible hoses ALUS are multilayer sandwich hoses with imbedded Helix wire. The hose is coated externally with a protective PE layer. The hose is suitable for exhaust and air conveying in heating and air-conditioning systems. The hose is also suitable for fume/vapour exhaust as well as point exhaust. The hose is made of several layers, which makes it mechanically strong. The internal aluminium layers provide a good heat reflecion. The hose is internally very smooth, which ensures a low static pressure loss. Temperature range: -40 til +120 C. Fire retardant. The hose is supplied in 10m lengths. 7 FLEXIBLE HOSES TPE Flexible hoses TPE are thermoplastic elastomer hoses with welded plastic spiral. The hose can be rolled up on a reel and used for exhaust of exhaust gasses in the automobile industry. The hose can also be used for welding fume exhaust. The hose is very flexible. Temperature range: -30 to +130 C, intermittently to +150 C The hose is supplied in 10m length. Other lengths can be supplied upon request. TPE-D Example: TPE-127: TPE flexible hose with inner 127mm. 8 FLEXIBLE HOSES TPEH Flexible hoses TPEH are thermoplastic elastomer hoses with EPDM rubber and imbedded Helix wire. The hose has a high resistance to wear and tear and can be used for aggressive fumes, vapours, gasses and varm air. The hose is resistant to chemicals, acids, solvents, UV light and ozone. The hose is mechanical strong and yet very flexible. Temperature range: -30 to +130 C. Intermittently to +150 C The hose is supplied in 10m length. Other lengths available upon request. 9 FLEXIBLE HOSES PEG Flexible hoses PEG are glass-vowen hoses with imbedded Helix wire. The hose is very stabile and flexible. It withstands high pressure and vacuum. The hoses are used for point exhaust e.g for welding fume arms, kitchen arms as well as in the off-shore industry. Temperature range: -40 to +90 C. Fire retardant according to DIN B1. 10 ACOUSTIC HOSES AKU Acoustic hoses AKU are sound silencing flexible hoses. The silencers are supplied in 3m lengths. The hose is normally cut to length during installation. 11 FLEXIBLE SOUND SILENCERS FMF 400mmL 600mmL 900mmL 1200mmL Flexible sound silencers FMF are flexible PE hoses insulated by sound absorbing material. Silencers are typically used in room or house ventilation systems. The silencers reduce noise from blowers and ventilators. Silencers are supplied in fixed lengths 400, 600, 900 or 1200mm. 12 FLEXIBLE HOSES PEI Flexible hoses PEI are insulated PE hoses. The hoses are used for exhaust of fumes and vapours as well as for cold or hot air. The hose is only used for clean air or vapour exhaust. The insulation prevent backflow of condense in e.g. fume and vapour exhaust installations. The insulation also prevent condense water built-up in heating or cooling systems. Temperature range: -20 to +70 C. Fire retardant according to DIN4102-B1/B2. The hose is supplied in lengths of 4m. 13 PIPE INSULATION SLEEVE RIS 25mm W/K 50mm W/K 102 0, , , , , , , , , , , , , , Pipe insulation sleeves RIS are insulation sleeves for ventilation pipes. The insulation sleeves are used in heating and cooling plants to reduce heat losses. Refer to the table for heat loss values. The sleeves are supplied in lengths of 3m with 25mm or 50mm insulation thickness. RIS-D-T thickness 25 or 50mm Example: RIS : RIS Sleeve for insulation of 125mm ventilation pipes, with insulation thickness of 25mm (0.42W/K). Page 12

14 FLEXIBLE CONNECTIONS FLC Flexible connections FLC are made in wear and tear resistant material with imbedded stainless steel clip bands. The flexible connections are used to isolate pipe systems from vibrating sources such as ventilators or air handling units. The connection are only to be used for clean air or fumes. Flexible connections are waterproof and resistant to oil and grease. The connections withstand temperatures up to 250 C. The material is flame and fire retardant. Connections are available in standard s, but can be made to order.
