4 The Melrose Introducing the new Melrose range; UPVC double glazed windows and doors together with wet system radiator heating and extra insulation are included as standard fitments. Autumnal colours, comfortable seating and practical amber oak furniture combine to make the new Melrose range a pleasant and relaxing family environment. The vaulted lounge ceiling enhances the feeling of space with colonial panelled internal doors and a domestic size oven adding to the high specification. Substantial pan-tile roofs, carnival cream exterior aluminium, and shapely front bays give Melrose an elegant appearance. 12 The Rosedale Designed to emphasize space and light with modern free standing lounge and dining furniture in elegant amber oak woodwork and contrasting ivory cream in the kitchen, the Rosedale range has been developed to be spacious and contemporary with its open plan layouts. All models in the Rosedale range are equipped with UPVC double glazing, wet radiator heating system, extra insulation, and built-in microwave; an integral fridge and freezer completes the high specification. Hidden behind the lounge mirror are a mains, HDMI and aerial co-axial socket to accommodate a wall mounted flat screen television. Large picture windows are a feature of the lounge, with front patio doors or front French doors available as an optional extra. 16 The Highgrove Highgrove is the refined flagship model, with elegant loose seating and luxurious soft furnishings. It is lavishly crafted in rich Amanti walnut woodwork with Zebrano high gloss, soft close doors in the lounge to create a feeling of grandeur. Hidden behind the lounge mirror are a mains, HDMI and aerial co-axial socket to accommodate a wall mounted flat screen television. Large picture windows are a feature of the lounge, with front patio doors as standard with front French doors available as an optional extra. The modern kitchen is packed with appliances; Integral Fridge and Freezer, stainless steel microwave, dishwasher and wine chiller, whilst being illuminated with discreet plinth and worktop lighting. A Velux roof window really lets the natural light flood in. The Main Bedroom features an en-suite toilet with a substantial dressing closet annexed. Caravan Holiday Homes are designed to provide comfortable, high-quality accommodation for holiday and recreational use only; recreational use should be considered to include holidays of not more than six weeks of continuous use, weekend visits, and other short duration visits, they are not designed for residential occupancy. The only unit that is designed for all year round use is a Residential Park Home. These are built to the BS3632 specification. Caravan Holiday Homes are built to the EN1647 specification. If you are looking to live in a Caravan Holiday Home or stay in one for non-recreational use you should consider purchasing a Residential Park Home which is sited on a Residential Park Home Estate. If the above advice is not followed and your Caravan Holiday Home is used as a main residence then the manufacturer s warranty may be compromised.
