1 Enterprise Ventures Corporation Product Line About Enterprise Ventures Corporation Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC) is the for-profit affiliate and technology commercialization arm of Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC). EVC s mission is to transfer advanced technologies of the highest quality to the industrial base and deliver cost-effective services to its clients. EVC achieves its mission by linking its success with the success of its clients, employees, partners, and the communities where it operates. EVC, together with our parent company, CTC, can provide full life cycle support services from design and integration through disposition. These services can be provided for a wide array of products ranging from specialized tooling through complex launch and handling systems.

2 Carriage, Stream, Tow, and Recovery System The Carriage, Stream, Tow, and Recovery System (CSTRS) was designed to support the U.S. Navy s requirement to provide an Organic Airborne Mine Countermeasures Capability from an MH-60S Helicopter and the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS). CSTRS will enable the LCS to readily respond to mine threats, providing an extra measure of safety for crew and ships during shallow water missions. In addition, the CSTRS design is modular and is capable of supporting the deployment requirements of both towed and non-towed mine sensors that provide a wide range of mine countermeasure techniques. EVC has provided manufacturing support for the production of the first 11 CSTRS shipsets delivered to the Navy. EVC is currently manufacturing CSTRS shipsets for the Navy, and the manufacturing of these articles is anticipated to last 5+ years, leading into product sustainment efforts including repair and spare part fabrication.

3 Quick Skive Removal Tools Quick Skive Removal Tools consist of various hand tools and power tools with ergonomically-designed handles that use specially-engineered, nonmetallic blades, gap blades, and gap bits specifically designed for removing materials from fragile, scratch-prone surfaces. The blade and bit materials and angles were originally designed for small area removal of stubborn stealth materials and gap fillers from aircraft fuselages and components for on-and off-aircraft repair applications. Quick Skive Handle Quick Skive Removal Tools have Quick Skive Kit multiple applications for aviation and industry, allowing for outstanding results when a worker-friendly heat/ skive process is used directing a heat gun or other heat source on the targeted surface, then skiving off the heated materials. Aviation: Remove specialty materials, gap fillers, and sealants from fuselages, access panels, and fuel tanks without damaging the underlying primer coating or the substrates. Approved for use on U.S. Air Force (USAF) military aircraft. Industrial: Clean sealants and fillers without scratching steel, aluminum, fiberglass, composite, glass, and other delicate surfaces. 4 Quick Skive Handle (P/N 08376A01) The Quick Skive Handle is made with DuPont Rynite 935 thermoplastic for great durability and has a Neoprene rubber-padded grip. Designed to comfortably fit in the user s hand, the Quick Skive Handle reduces fatigue and prevents injury. The Quick Skive Handle works exclusively with Quick Skive blades, featuring a quick-disconnect capability allowing the user to quickly change between blade types. Quick Skive blades are sold separately. Quick Skive Handle Ergonomic thermoplastic handle with neoprene rubber grip 08376A01 Quick Skive Impact Tool (P/N 08824A01) The Quick Skive Impact Tool is specifically redesigned for gap filler removal. Consisting of a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) ergonomic, rubber comfort-grip handle and hardened steel shaft for great impact durability, the plastic cover modification protects the tool head from damaging the substrate, while the aluminum end cap creates a larger strike area for striking with a rubber or plastic mallet. The Quick Skive Impact Tool works exclusively with the Quick Skive gap bits, featuring a quick-disconnect capability allowing the user to quickly change between bit sizes. Redesigned for aircraft coating and gap filler removal, the quick Skive Pneumatic Removal Tool consists of a COTS tool manufactured by Florida Pneumatic, with a modified head specifically designed for use with Quick Skive blades. The Quick Skive Pneumatic Removal Tool operates at a pressure of 90 pounds per square inch gauge pressure (maximum), and comes with an external air flow valve. Average air consumption is 4.5 cubic feet per minute. Air inlet is 1/4 female pipe thread, and minimum air hose size is 3/8 inner diameter. Quick Skive blades are sold separately. Quick Skive Pneumatic Removal Tool Air powered, variable stroke removal tool 08567A01 Quick Skive Blade Holder (P/N 09108H01) The Quick Skive Blade Holder is made from a soft rubber material designed to comfortably fit in the user s hand and prevent injury. The multipurpose blade holder is great for use in tight spaces and hard-to-reach areas, and can also be used as a blade cover to protect the sharpened blades from damage when not in use. 5 Quick Skive Blades and Bits Quick Skive blades, gap blades, and gap bits are made of non-metallic materials that will not damage substrates or delicate surfaces when used properly. The special blade and bit materials and angles were explicitly designed for removing tough, elastomeric materials, sealants, and gap fillers from fragile, scratchprone surfaces on aircraft fuselages and components. The Quick Skive blades listed below are specifically designed for removal of elastomeric materials and work exclusively with the Quick Skive Handle, Quick Skive Pneumatic Removal Tool, and Quick Skive Blade Holder. 6 Quick Skive Blade Sharpening System (P/N 08832A01) The Quick Skive Blade Sharpening System, designed specifically for sharpening Quick Skive blades, consists of two blade slots accurately set to sharpen single-sided blades at a 50 angle and double-sided blades at 25 /25 angles. Blade sharpening is accomplished accurately every time in just minutes. The Quick Skive Blade Sharpening System has a 650 revolutions per minute flat turntable with an 8 diameter abrasive disc encased in a metal cover for added safety. The safety cover can be removed easily for quick-change capability of the abrasive disc.* The equipment operates at a quiet 60 decibels and weighs only 25 pounds. 8 Incremental Sampling Tool Kit Incremental Sampling Tool Kit (P/N 08564A01-00) Incremental soil sampling for environment field studies typically requires the collection of 30 to 100 individual soil increments per sample design. Each increment must be the same depth and volume.
