1 RESORT MANAGEMENT Community Association Management September 6, 2017 MEMO: HURICANE IRMA The weather models show a high probability that Hurricane Irma will have an impact in our area. Resort Management has prepared a Hurricane Preparation Plan for you to use with your own good judgement to augment any other preparations you are currently doing. The Plan is below. We have activated our emergency plans for your property. This will include, stacking and storing all pool furniture, removing any loose items and storing any Association owned items that could become projectiles in the storm. We have set up a team of Resort Management employees to go property to property preparing for the storm. Unless told otherwise by your Manager or Board of Directors, the Association and Resort Management will not be storing or securing personal items left on your lanai/patio or other areas reserved or your exclusive use. This is your responsibility. If you have a home-watch company, please make sure they should be handling the closing up of your home. Since we have activated our Emergency Plan, we will only be dealing with hurricane related issues at this time until the storm passes. If you have the opportunity to leave the area, we highly recommend doing so. We will be giving updates via periodically, as long as we have power and internet. Thank you for your cooperation during this time and best of luck. Sincerely, Resort Management NAPLES MARCO ISLAND BONITA SPRINGS FT.
