Merryhill buses will transport all campers to and from all field trips. Every camper MUST ride the bus to and from the field trip. Parent chaperones are welcome to ride the bus, if room available, or drive separately. You must mark the field trips in which your child will be participating by writing a 1 or 2 if you will be chaperoning. Field trips must be paid for in advance, unless you have ACH auto pay, no later than the Friday before. Payments the morning of the field trip may not be accepted. > CAMP T-SHIRTS ARE REQUIRED ON TUESDAY FIELD TRIPS AS PART OF OUR SAFETY PROTOCOLS < Swimming at the Folsom Aquatics Center We are scheduled to go to the Folsom Aquatics Center every Thursday for free swim. We will transport our campers by Merryhill bus; leaving at 12:30 and returning by 3:30. Those whose parents indicate here that they should not be in the big pool will be given a wrist band that tells the life guards and camp counselors that they should be in the shallow pool area. Campers will change into their swim attire on campus before we go to the pool. Campers will not be allowed to purchase items from the snack bar. Please do not send money with them. The snack bar is time consuming and creates a risk of losing their money. Food and drink are not allowed on the bus for them to bring home. For an easy change we recommend that campers come to camp with swim suits under their shorts and t-shirts. Flip flops can be brought to camp to wear to the pool; however, tennis shoes or sandals with a strap on the back of the heel must be worn during camp. Counselors will assist the campers in applying sunscreen if your child brings their own from home. We will not allow campers to share sunscreen for fear of allergic reaction.
