5 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 1 3 EE EF EF Separate the 2 different types of castors: 2 Locking Castors (EE) and 2 Regular Castors (EF). + THIS STEP REQUIRES 3 PEOPLE. DO NOT TTEMPT LONE. EXTREMELY HEVY! EE To tighten casters insert the Pin (#19) into one of the Regular Castors (EF), as shown in image. ttach the Regular Castor (EF) to the front of the ottom Shelf (), and use the Pin (#19) to secure and tighten. Position the Top Lid ssembly and urner ox ssembly ( & ) onto the Cart ssembly (C), as shown. Repeat for remaining 3 castors (EE & EF). Upside down view Note: Regular Castors (EF) need to be assembled to the front of the ottom Shelf (), and Locking Castors (EE) need to be assembled to the back of the ottom Shelf (), as shown in image. Mount the left side burner side shelf (D and D) onto the two support brackets, located on the left, upper side panel of the burner box (). 9 D CD a. Remove the hardware that is pre-assembled to the IR side burner valve (CC), as shown in figure. Insert the side burner valve stem (CC) through the rear of the left side shelf fascia (D) and assemble using the hardware removed. Feed the infrared electrode (DE) from underneath the infrared side burner (DD), through the small opening on the right side of the infrared support frame (). lign and assemble the electrode using the self tapping screw provided, as shown in figure E. DD 15 DJ E DD b. Position the infrared burner (DD) through the opening in the infrared support frame (). f. Position the cooking grate (DG) on the infrared support frame (). DG F c. Make sure that the infrared burner (DD) engages the side burner valve (CC), as shown in figure C. g. Insert the infrared grease tray (DK) into the bottom of the infrared support frame () DD CC C d. ssemble the infrared side burner (DD) to the infrared support frame (), at the two points indicated in figure D. Mount the right side shelf (DH and ) onto the two support brackets, located on the right, upper side panel of the burner box (). b. ssemble the right side shelf (DH and ) to the upper side panel of the burner box (), by positioning hardware through the interior of the burner box, as shown in figure attery CH2 View, under right side shelf CH1 CI CH1 ELTRONIC IGNITION SSEMLY a. Remove the electronic ignition button (CH2) and the plastic nut from the Electronic Igniter ssembly (CH1) b. Position the Electronic Igniter ssembly (CH1) through the opening in the Right Side Shelf Fascia () and secure using the nut. c. Insert one battery into the battery compartment (CH1) with the positive end facing outward, as shown. Secure using the electronic ignition button (CH2). * attery not included. Note: ll wire connectors are the same. d. Insert the Electrode Sets, for the Main urner (CI), the infrared side burner (DE), and the rotisserie burner (M), into the Electronic Igniter ssembly (CH1). (Figure, C and D) Ensure that the wire is pushed in firmly. DH c. ssemble the front of the right side shelf (DH and ) to the control panel (CJ), as shown in figure C. Remove the hardware that is pre-assembled to the Rotisserie urner Valve (N), as shown in figure SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 14 N ssemble the Rotisserie urner Valve (N) to the Right Side Shelf Fascia (), using the hardware removed. CN CM Close up, front b. Insert the Grease Tray (CL) into the opening of the Upper ack Panel (H). CL H EH ack view Close up 16 ssemble the Door Handle (EI) to the Left and Right Door ssembly (EG and EH). E b. ssemble the top of the door assembly (EH) to the door support rail (E), by pressing in the door support pin and aligning with the hole located on the top right corner of the door (figure C). EI Left door handle C EH TIP: Use a paint scraper to press-in the support pin, while the second person aligns the door. The support pin will lock into position when the door is assembled correctly. c. Repeat steps a, and b for the left door assembly (EG). EH Right door handle

Position the 20 lb propane tank onto the ottom Shelf (), and secure using the bolt (already attached) located on the underside of the ottom Shelf (), as shown in figure. b. ttach the Regulator coupling nut (C) to the LP cylinder valve. CC TTENTION In order to complete installa tion of your Natural Gas Q a 1/2 or 3/8 adapter may be required to connect your Q s Natural Gas hose to your home gas supply. Contact your Natural Gas supplier to purchase the necessary part. C 22
