2 ALLAIRE COUNTRY DAY SUMMER CAMP 2013 Thank-you for your interest in Allaire Country Day Summer Camp. Our summer camp offers children the opportunity to engage in recreational programming while being supervised by an experienced, mature, qualified staff. Allaire Country Day Summer Camp is located at the beautiful GoodSports USA Complex. This 11 acre facility features 50,000 square feet of indoor activities including state-of-the-art astro turf playing fields, as well as video entertainment and movie rooms. Of course, all of this is climate controlled to provide a comfortable temperature for all camper activities. Our outdoor facilities include an olympic-size swimming pool (3 feet - 6 feet) as well as a kiddie pool, splash park, beach and playground for our younger campers. This wonderful facility, with its indoor and outdoor accompaniments, allows us to provide a cost effective, quality recreation and sports enhanced summer day camp for families to enjoy in a clean, safe and fun environment. The Allaire Country Day Summer Camp program offers a variety of scheduling options for both working and non-working parents at incredibly affordable prices. Camp is open from 7am until 6pm Monday through Friday and normal camp hours are 9am until 4pm. Camp is available for ages 2-1/2 through 13. All campers must be potty trained. All campers will have the option of staying at our gorgeous complex daily, where they will partake in organized activities such as swimming, soccer, volleyball, dodge ball, arts and crafts, science projects, and more. Campers also may travel to some of our many day trip destinations including but not limited to beaches, aquariums, pro baseball games, theme parks and many more. Please review all the information in this packet and call us with any questions or schedule an appointment to take a tour of our facility. As always our staff is anxious to get started with a full range of fun activities for your children. 4 ALLAIRE COUNTRY DAY SUMMER CAMP 2013 CAMP FEES, SPECIALS & BILLING POLICIES (Continued...) ** LIMITED TODDLER SPOTS AVAILABLE ** TODDLERS MUST BE POTTY TRAINED NAPPING IS OFFERED ON A DAILY BASIS LOW TODDLER TO COUNSELOR RATIO GRADES ARE BASED ON GRADE ENTERING IN FALL 2013 CAMP BILLING POLICY NO REFUNDS $40 returned check fee. At the time of registration you must pay required deposit per camper and $55 registration fees per camper (max. reg fee of $110 per family.) Special events must be paid for in full with submission of registration packet. Contracted Billing - Days you scheduled your child to attend will be billed bi-weekly in advance. Actual Billing - Days your child attended but was not scheduled will be billed bi-weekly for the previous 2 weeks attendance. $15 schedule change fee if more than 2 changes occur per family. All schedule changes must be made 2 weeks in advance in writing. All payments are due upon receipt. Any balance over 7 days will be considered late and subject to a $15.00 late fee and will be charged to the credit card on file. Sign-in/Sign-out instructions will be given to you prior to the start of camp with a welcome letter. All billing invoices will be sent automatically via . Please be sure to provide a valid address on the Registration Form. Paper statements will be available upon request. BEFORE/AFTER CARE POLICY Camp starts at 9am, if you arrive early you can make use of our before care service. Otherwise, you must stay with your child until 9am. Camp ends at 4pm, if your child is not picked up by the end of camp they will be automatically placed in our after care program. If your child is dropped off before 9:00am or picked up after 4:00pm your account will be automatically billed for the BC/AC rates. You will be charged a minimum of 1 hour. if your child is here after the first hour, you will be automatically billed for the 2nd hour. If use of BC/AC occurs more than 3 times without written notification you will be charged a $20 fee. If your child(ren) is not picked up by 6pm you will be charged a $20 fee per child per hour Any billing questions should be directed to the accounting department at

5 ALLAIRE COUNTRY DAY SUMMER CAMP 2013 SUMMER CAMP LUNCH PLAN Below is the lunch plan for any parents that choose to purchase a full catered lunch for their child. If you choose NOT to purchase lunch through the catering company, you can bring lunch in an insulated bag. Snacks and drinks can be purchased at the snack bar by paying cash at time of purchase. ALL LUNCHES MUST BE PRE-ORDERED! Lunch orders must be placed every week prior to the upcoming week of camp Forms must be filled out completely and submitted NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY Menu and order forms can be downloaded from our website, or see the front desk You will be responsible to pay for ordered lunches even if your child does not attend camp. Do NOT order lunch on days your child will be off campus for a special event. Meals will be served with a snack and juice for $4.75 per day* There will be one meal choice per day for campers. (back-up entree available each day - chicken nuggets w/ side) Lunches will be provided by Brunos of Farmingdale. Menu coming soon.

6 Allaire Country Day Summer Camp CAMP & EVENT DESCRIPTIONS (For all special events Pre-K is for campers 4 years and up) ASPIRING ARTIST CLASSES (PREK-8TH) Campers will enjoy a session exploring their creative imagination with Miss Debra Stasiak. Campers will experience impressionistic painting and drawing resulting in their own work of art. This event is held in house and smocks will be provided. HOUSE OF BOUNCE (PREK-3RD) Campers will enjoy a facility filled with 9 giant inflatables including climbers, slides, obstacle courses, and sports centers. This event provides a great outlet to burn energy. Socks are required. Lunch included. SAND CASTLE CONTEST (PREK-8TH) Campers will compete in a sand castle contest at Belmar beach against fellow Allaire Country Day campers. Campers will be shuttled to and from the beach. Wear your sunscreen and feel free to bring your own sand tools. BOWLING (PREK-8TH) Campers will enjoy bowling with their friends at Sea Girt Lanes which provides a fun, safe and cool environment. Socks & sneakers are required. Lunch included. THE LIZARD GUY (PREK-8TH) Campers will learn about lizards, snakes, turtles, frogs, and various bugs as they are introduced to them. Children will have the opportunity to touch the animals and ask any questions they may have. LAKEWOOD BLUECLAWS (1ST-8TH) Campers will enjoy a mid-afternoon minor league baseball game at the fun and safe Blue Claws Stadium. Wear sunscreen. Lunch included. ALLAIRE STATE PARK (PREK-3RD) Campers will enjoy a train ride on Pine Creek Railroad, followed by a picnic and games in the park. (Bring a bagged lunch) PIRATES ON THE MANASQUAN (PREK-3RD) Campers will set sail on a 40 pontoon boat, the Jersey Girl, along the Manasquan. They will help the crew recover a secret treasure map, uncover lost treasure, and defend the ship from a pirate attack. When the ship reaches land, campers will then enjoy fun pirate style tattoos. Wear sunscreen. JENKINSON S AQUARIUM (PREK-8TH) Campers will enjoy a close look at various sea animals. Children will enjoy learning, discussing, and touching sea life with the guidance of professionals. SURFING (4TH-8TH) Has your camper been bugging you to let them learn how to surf? This event provides a safe learning environment at Belmar beach where campers will learn how to get up and balance on their board in style. After a few practice runs on land, it s into the ocean with plenty of supervision to get up on a wave. Wear sunscreen, sandals, and a bathing suit. A signed waiver is required. KAYAKING TRIP (4TH-8TH) Shark River Kayak Company has a full line of sit-on-top kayaks, single & tandem. Have a blast on Shark River with your professional guide. The day begins with safety lessons & instructions. Personal flotation devices provided & must be worn. No experience necessary. FIREBALL MOUNTAIN (4TH-8TH) Campers will race through wooded areas, tunnels, graveyards and tree forts during this exhilarating game of outdoor laser tag. Lunch is provided. Signed waiver is required. Wear sneakers and feel free to wear your camouflage. MEDIEVAL TIMES (3RD-8TH) Campers will step back in time and cheer on their knight through epic battles and jousting tournaments. They will also enjoy a royal feast at the castle! ICE SKATING (1ST-8TH) Campers will enjoy an open skating session at the Howell Ice World. Lunch is provided. Bring long sleeves and socks. BLACKBEARDS CAVE (K-8TH) Campers will enjoy a day at the park with options to play mini-golf, go-karting, bumper boats, batting cages, and many amusement park rides. A BBQ lunch is included with choice of hot dog, hamburger, or vegetarian selections with sides and a drink. FUN BUS (T-1ST) Campers will enjoy gymnastics and fitness activities in the comfort of an air conditioned bus. This unique bus has tunnels, trampolines, barrels and more instead of seats! Wear socks and sneakers. PLANETARIUM (PREK-3RD) Campers will take a journey through the universe at Novins Planetarium located at Ocean County College. KARATE (T-8TH) Master Gregory and his instructors from World Karate in Wall Township will be teaching campers of all levels on the basics of karate. FREE EVENT. RAINBOW ART GLASS (4TH-8TH) Campers will make a 6 x6 glass project by decorating a glass blank with powdered glass using stencils or free-hand with the supervision of trained staff. The projects must then be fired in the kiln & delivered to GoodSports by the end of the week. Safety goggles & masks are provided. MONSTER MINI-GOLF (PREK-8TH) Campers will enjoy an 18 hole round of glow-in-the-dark mini golf at this exciting new facility. They will also have access to the arcade as part of the trip. Lunch is provided. Wear socks and sneakers. REBOUNDERZ (1ST-8TH) Campers will enjoy the new indoor trampoline arena featuring wall-to-wall trampolines, foam pits and trampoline basketball. Comfortable clothes & socks, and signed waiver are required.
