We re glad you re here and hope you enjoy the schedule of events planned during your visit. Please read the enclosed information very carefully to make your visit to LVMS enjoyable and safe. The following rules will be strictly enforced by LVMS Security and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. LVMS owns and controls all rights to space locations for all events at the track. RV parking passes are temporary licenses for the space and time period that is printed on the pass. This permit licenses the holder to park one (1) vehicle in the assigned area for the event specified. Commercial activities of any kind are prohibited without prior written permission from Speedway Motorsports Inc. or LVMS. Park at your own risk; SMI/LVMS and their officers, agents, employees and affiliates are not liable for any loss of any kind to vehicle or other property of the permit holder. Acceptance of this permit constitutes acknowledgment by holder that he/she has read and consents to the terms herein. Due to constant improvements, there is no guarantee that your space will remain the same. 2
3 WELCOME & ARRIVAL ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS Each of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway RV lots will open at noon on Monday, Feb. 26. LVMS highly recommends that you arrive no later than Thursday, March 1 to avoid delays. Boulevard RV (A-C) Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd at Entry 7 Boulevard RV D Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd at Entry 9 Bullring RV Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd at Entry 1 Burn Out RV Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd at Entry 8 Checkered Flag RV Arrive via Hollywood Blvd at Entry 10 Infield RV Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd at Entry 4 Motorhome Hill Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd at Entry 8 Turn 1 RV Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd at Entry 4 Turn 3 RV Arrive via Las Vegas Blvd at Entry 8 VEHICLE PASSES All RV and tow passes must be securely attached to the outside of the driver s side windshield so that they are clearly visible from the service road. LVMS staff will affix the pass to the outside of your windshield upon arrival. (No self-adhering with tape, Saran Wrap, or laminating will be permitted). Each vehicle must have the appropriate credential. Passes are not transferable and are not valid for entry into other RV lots. Any duplication of decals is prohibited and will result in removal of the violator from LVMS property, cancellation of RV reservations for future races without refund and/or criminal prosecution. PASSES CANNOT BE LAMINATED. You will be charged a reprint fee per pass that has to be replaced for any reason. *A maximum of two (2) motorcycle passes may be purchased. Motorcycles must fit within the designated RV space and must be properly licensed street bikes. ADDITIONAL VEHICLE LOTS (AVL) Additional vehicles will be allowed within certain RV lots. Boulevard D $75* Infield $99* Checkered Flag $75* General AVL $50 There will be designated areas set up specifically for additional vehicles. These vehicles will not be allowed at the individual RV spaces. The General AVL will be available for $50 and may be purchased by contacting the ticketing office at from 9 a.m. 5 p.m. PST. After 5 p.m. (during race week), you may purchase them at the Boulevard D inside Entry 9. For more information, contact the RV Coordinator at *Must have an RV pass in accompanying lot to purchase AVL passes. 3
4 RV Campground RULES AND REGULATIONS Golf carts, hover boards, quads, scooters, skateboards, Segways, dirt bikes or any other similar personal transportation devices are strictly prohibited on LVMS property. This includes licensed vehicles that may be street legal. Licensed street motorcycles are permitted with the proper support vehicle pass affixed. Failure to comply with the above will result in impounding. All RV passes and tow vehicle passes must be securely attached to the outside of the windshield so that the pass is clearly visible from the service road nearest to your assigned space. Each vehicle must have the appropriate credential. All RV sites may only have the RV and one (1) vehicle onsite. Extra vehicles will be parked in an assigned area and must possess an Extra Tow Vehicle pass that can be purchased prior to the event or at the gate for $50. Tow/support vehicles must be parked inside your assigned space. Pickup trucks equipped with campers are not considered tow vehicles and are required to have an assigned space and the proper RV credential. RV and tow vehicle passes are non-transferable. Extra vehicles in your assigned space are subject to tow, at owner s expense. Anyone caught with copied or counterfeit passes will be removed from LVMS property, without refund. Violators are subject to prosecution. Horseshoe-type parking of RVs is permitted, except that an unobstructed view and clear lane from the service road must be kept open at all times in case of an emergency. LVMS reserves the right to make changes to any parking pattern deemed unsafe. See page 9 for an example. One (1) EZ-Up style shade per space is permitted; maximum size is 10 ft x 10 ft. The EZ-Up must be securely fastened to the ground and/or RV and must fit inside your assigned space, without blocking the view of your compound from the service road. In the interest of safety, if wind speed exceeds 15 m.p.h. LVMS reserves the right to have all structures removed. Camping tents and/or party rental tents, see-through or otherwise, are not permitted in any of the RV lots. Tent camping is NOT permitted at LVMS. Awnings that are attached to your RV are permitted, provided it fits inside your assigned space and does not block the sight lines of neighboring guests or views inside your compound. LVMS is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property. 4
5 RV RULES & REGULATIONS Scaffolding or custom-built RV roof platforms are permitted. Mechanical lifts of any type are prohibited. Please make sure you have a handrail installed and the height of the floor deck does not exceed If a scaffold or platform is blocking the view of a TV camera, you will be asked to lower it. Shade tents and/ or umbrellas are not permitted on the RV roof platform. Space holder assumes all risk and liability in the use of such structures. Due to military aircraft activity and FAA regulations, any and all radio-controlled aerial devices, to include, but not limited to, kites, sky lanterns, drones and ANY unmanned aerial devices are BANNED from LVMS property. Firearms, fireworks and weapons of any type are not permitted. Violators are subject to arrest. External stereo or television speakers are not permitted. Tractor-trailers, box trucks, cargo trucks, enclosed hauling trailers or rental trucks are not permitted. Trailers used as sleeping quarters or a small utility trailer storing gear is acceptible as long as it fits in your space. Trailers with advertising are not permitted without consent of LVMS. Upon entry into the lot, free trailer storage is available. Solicitation of any type is not permitted on LVMS property. The sale of food, beverages, souvenirs or merchandise is prohibited. Please be considerate to others and pick up after your pets. All pets must be kept on a maximum six (6) foot leash at all times. Flashing lights on RVs or flagpoles are prohibited. Flagpoles must be securely attached to your vehicle. All vehicles and RV sites are subject to search. Bicycles are permitted to be operated on LVMS property under the following guidelines: o Do not ride bicycles on the speedway or in the pits. o Obey all posted signage. o Use common sense while operating your bicycle. o Operator assumes all responsibility and assumption of risk by operating a bicycle on LVMS property. Actions deemed unsafe by LVMS will result in impounding of the bicycle. At no time is it permissible to connect any electrical cords to the LVMS generators supplying power for light towers or other electrical equipment necessary to provide for the safety of LVMS patrons. 5
6 Parking Any configuration other than the approved horseshoe layout is strictly prohibited. SERVICE ROAD generators All portable and on-board generators must be turned off during quiet hours. All vehicle and generator exhaust must be expelled safely into roadways or above the highest window of nearby RVs. LVMS highly recommends you equip your generator with an exhaust extender flow pipe. carbon MONOXIDE WARNING: Carbon Monoxide (CO) poisoning is possible with camping equipment. Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas that you cannot see or smell, but fumes can be harmful or fatal. Follow equipment instructions, and if your equipment detects carbon monoxide, remove yourself from the area and notify LVMS Security at IF YOUR CARBON MONOXIDE MONITOR ALARM SOUNDS IN YOUR RV, CALL open Fire Rules & Regulations Fully enclosed UL Listed cooking pits/outdoor fire pits are permitted. NO OPEN FIRES and/or barrel fires are permitted. This includes homemade tubs, dryer tubs, 55-gallon drums, and any non-approved burning device. 1/4 cord of wood is permitted in camping area. Fire extinguishers within easy reach are required. Fires located within 20 feet of flammable substances are not permitted. Do not leave a fire unattended. 6
7 PARKING & SAFETY General SAFETY & Security LVMS cares for the safety and security of all of guests particularly when on our property. If you see anything that appears unsafe or something that looks unusual we want to know as soon as possible by contacting the LVMS Workampers, Security, Law Enforcement, or LVMS staff member. Our Workampers are located at the check-in tent or riding around in the RV lots in golf carts. If you cannot find a Workamper contact a security officer 24 hours a day by calling SAFETY Precautions for Pedestrians While walking, jogging or moving around the property we ask that you use caution particularly during the evening hours after sunset. To prevent injuries we suggest: Walk in designated areas such as sidewalks, designated roadways. After dark use a flashlight as portable light towers or permanent street lights may not illuminate all areas. Please do not cut through other guests spaces as this is inconsiderate and will take you off of the designated roadway/walk areas. Remain alert for all vehicle traffic on the LVMS property including cars/trucks, motorhomes, golf carts, and motorcycles. In some cases vehicles may share the road with pedestrians. Obey all signs around the facilities. GUIDELINES FOR MINORS We want everyone to have a great time here at LVMS so please keep your children s safety in mind during the event. It is strongly recommended that children wear ear protection during the event. The curfew for minors is 10 p.m. daily. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult after 10 p.m. For the safety of your children please keep them within eye sight at all times. If a minor is caught out after the designated time, the RV owner will be given a written warning. Continued violation will result in forfeiture of RV passes and removal from LVMS property. SAFETY REGULATIONS TENTS Tent camping is not permitted at LVMS. You may have an EZ-Up or awning that is securely anchored to the ground or RV. All such items must be taken down if wind speed exceeds 15 m.p.h. 7

10 INFIELD RV LOT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS All infield RVs will be searched prior to entering the infield. LVMS strongly suggests you check in no later than Thursday, March 1. Please follow the directions below that fit the time you arrive and the space you are assigned when applicable. Important Traffic is not permitted to enter the LVMS Infield during the outbound traffic flow on any event day. Suggested route for all Infield RVs: Arrive via Las Vegas Boulevard: Turn into Entry 4. Travel approximately 50 yards. Turn left at the sign marked Infield RV inspection area. Follow instructions provided by the LVMS security guards and wait for the mandatory vehicle inspection. Upon successful completion of the inspection, a credential will be affixed to your windshield, allowing you to proceed to your assigned space. Utility-style trailers greater than 22 feet in length are not permitted to enter the Infield RV. These vehicles will be required to park in the AVL with the required pass. SPECIAL INFIELD RV INSTRUCTIONS Available options to access the grandstands and the Fan Engagement Area: Walk through the vehicle tunnel to Checkered Flag Lane. From there it is a short walk to Ticket Gate A. Make sure you have your infield wristband on for re-entry. Tram service to the ticket office. There are two Infield RV tram stops located at opposite ends of the garages. Please keep in mind that the infield trams do not operate after the event ends. Walk through the fenced walkway located next to the Carrison Infield Care Center near Turn 1. From this location you will be able to proceed across the speedway and climb the stairs placed next to the flag stand. Please note this route will be open ONLY on Sunday from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. for grandstand access. 10
11 INFIELD RV LOT INFORMATION LVMS will open the Neon Garage to the public after Victory Lane celebrations on Saturday and Sunday allowing return access to the Infield RV for at least one (1) hour. Guests who purchase Neon Garage / Pre-Race Pit Passes will be able to enter the grandstands and re-enter the Neon Garage through the Neon Garage Pedestrian Tunnel. INFIELD EMERGENCY EVACUATION INSTRUCTIONS Do not leave the track until you are notified to do so. Listen to the track public address system on FM. Do not attempt to leave the infield in your vehicle. Your best means of transportation is by foot. Each emergency exit will be manned by LVMS staff members. Look for the flashing yellow lights to find an exit. PRIMARY EXIT Main tunnel SECONDARY EXIT Turn 3 emergency track gate If you are injured or unable to walk to safety, please notify LVMS safety personnel for assistance. Please note, portable restrooms are placed in the lot for your convenience, and will not be moved to accommodate a specific party. You may rent one (1) from A Company listed below. 14 QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. 7 a.m. If LVMS Security is called to your space due to a disturbance, the RV owner will be given a written warning. Three (3) written warnings will result in forfeiture of RV passes and removal from LVMS property. Please be responsible during posted quiet hours and respect your neighbors. speed limit Speed limit in all RV areas is ALWAYS 5 mph. TRASH PICKUP Place your full bags of trash near the service road by your RV space by 6 a.m. daily. AERIAL DEVICES FAA regulations prohibit the use of kites, sky lanterns, drones or any other radio-controlled aerial devices. They are not permitted on LVMS property. PETS Please be considerate to others and pick up after your pets. All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six (6) feet at all times. FLAGPOLES No flashing lights on RVs or flagpoles. Flagpoles must be securely attached to your vehicle. RADIO BROADCAST Tune to FM to listen to the PA broadcast of the event. 15 MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION ADA Assistance If you need assistance to travel from any RV to the speedway, notify the RV gate supervisor. The gate supervisor will coordinate an ADA shuttle pick-up for you. For a return ride, ADA shuttles will pick up those needing assistance at designated ADA booths located throughout the speedway. If you require a running generator overnight for oxygen, CPAP or any other medical condition, you must speak to the RV Coordinator prior to the event. ticket gate Regulations One non-alcoholic beverage per guest is permitted. Beverages are not to exceed 20 ounces. Beverages must be contained in plastic sports bottles or plastic cups. A singular food item per guest is permitted. Examples include a sandwich, crackers, chips or fruit. Family sized bags of food are not permitted. POST-RACE DEPARTURE All RV lots are held for a minimum of three (3) hours after the event ends. The vehicle gates for the RV lots will remain CLOSED during this time. In order to ensure the safety of pedestrian traffic, please be patient and wait for LVMS Security to open the exit gates. Guests will not be permitted to access LVMS property during this time and will have to wait until after the outbound traffic is completed before being allowed to access LVMS property.
