Grill is heavy. You should have at least two people assemble the barbecue together. Notes: Do not fully tighten all the nuts during this initial stage. Mount the ack brace (DF) onto the preassembled screws attached to Cart legs 3 and 4, and tighten b. Mount the Front panel (DG) onto the preassembled screws attached to Cart legs 1 and 2, and tighten. (Figure and ). 5 ssemble the urner box assembly () to Cart legs 3 and ack View 2 X 4 6 ssemble the Right side shelf (E) to Cart legs 1 and 3. (Figure and ) 4 E Front view 3 WRNING To fold the side shelf, pull out and fold down. To use as a table, fold up and push in towards the burner box to lock in position

6 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 7 E a. Mount the Left side shelf (E) onto the preassembled screws located on the burner box (). 9 a. Remove the side burner (ED) wing nut. Position the side burner (ED) through the opening in the side burner drip pan (EC). ED NOTE: Make sure the side burner (ED) engages the side burner orifice (CG), and assemble. CG E b. Tighten the pre-assembled screws located on the urner box (). (Figure ) EF b. Place the side burner cooking grate (EF) into position on the side burner drip pan (EC). ED c. ssemble the urner box () to the Left side shelf (E). (Figure C) EC E CH c. ttach the side burner electrode (EE) to the metal clip on the Ignitor (CC). C 8 E Unscrew the nut from the Side burner metal hose (CF). Position the side burner metal hose (CF) through the opening in the bracket, located under the left side burner table (E), and secure using the nut. ED EE CG CF CC 8 9

Position the cooking grates () into the burner box assembly () ssemble the thermometer () to the top lid () Stationary Wire D Pivot Legs To assemble the Warming rack (D), insert the stationary wire into the holes on the sides of the top lid assembly (). Insert warming rack pivot legs into the holes on the inside of the urner box assembly (), as shown. ttach the Gas tank support (DE) to Cart legs 2 and 4. DE

9 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 16 Hook the grease cup hook (CI) to the bottom of the burner box assembly (), as shown. Place the grease cup (CJ) into the grease cup hook (CI). CI CJ CUTION Failure to assemble grease cup hook and grease cup will cause hot grease to drip from the bottom of the Q burner box, with the risk of fire, property damage, or personal injury. ack view 17 DE Mount the propane tank into the grooves provided on the left end cap (DC). ttach the gas tank support (DE) to the propane tank, as shown. TTENTION LP Cylinder is sold separately. Use only LP tanks that are equipped with an OPD (Overfill protection device). Fill and Leak check before attaching to the Q hose and regulator. See Safe Use and Care Manual, leak test procedure for more information 14
