3 The Fire Pit Table Base Enclosures Base Enclosure Specifications: The base enclosures are made of American manufactured corrosion resistant 5052-H32 marine grade aluminum alloy and are fabricated using the most advanced manufacturing techniques available today. Each base enclosure is equipped with all stainless steel hardware and adjustable leveling feet to accommodate uneven floors and come pre-assembled within the box it s shipped in. The Firetainment powder coating process utilizes an eco friendly, state of-the-art six stage pretreatment process to ensure superior paint adhesion and exceptional corrosion protection against the finish of the product. The tapered design of the base is stylish and conceals the fuel source and all of the stainless steel hardware. The base enclosure access door is easily removed by sliding up and out or reattached by sliding in and down. The base enclosures are available in two different heights and three different colors: 24" Casual Dine Height Ideal for standard seating, and the correct height to allow for cooking, while still being able to see and interact with others seated at the table. *Not available with round bases. 21" Chat Height Ideal for low profile seating such as a couch or loveseat. *Available in White,, and Bronze Textured Finishes* 24 Casual Dine Height Base 21 Chat Height Base 3

4 The Fire Pit Table Burner Components Burner Component Specifications: Each of the included gas connection kits are made of stainless steel hoses vs. standard rubber connections. Firetainment s stainless steel components are very durable, create protection against accidental puncturing of the gas lines when moving the fuel tank in and out of the enclosure, help prevent damage from any outdoor elements, and protect against pests that may chew through the connection lines. The manual valve assembly is constructed of brass fittings which are strong factors in preventing rust or corrosion. Positioned next to the door panel for easy lighting and can control of the burner s flame height from 1 to 20 + giving a wide range of climates to use the appliance in. Each of our burner pan s are made of 304 stainless steel, have a high heat ceramic coating that reduces heat transfer to the table, and have the ability for touching-up should the customer scratch or scuff the burner pan in any way. The stainless steel Penta burner & 24 Linear burner helps with optimizing the tables flame control as well as ensuring a consistent symmetrical flame. This creates an unmatched focal point at the center of each fire pit table. Each burner system operates with a standard propane tank or NG system at a very efficient 40,000 BTU. (Std LP Tank = 15+ hours of burn time) A natural gas conversion kit can be added to any fire pit table order at no additional cost at the time of the order being placed. 6 Our Universal Cooking Packages What makes a Firetainment fire pit table the most versatile outdoor patio table on the market is its ability to convert into a Hibachi style cooking station with our optional cooking packages: Our patent pending universal cook mounts are designed to sit directly on top of the fire over the burner and in conjunction with the burner system, gives ample heat transfer for cooking. Our universal cook mounts are also compatible with many other cooking elements allowing anyone, novice or professional, to cook almost anything. The adjustable flame height controls the cooking temperature, making it easy to go from quesadillas for kids, to searing steaks for adults within minutes. And with the included surface mount temperature gauge you ll always know what temperature you re cooking at. Since there is no direct contact from food to flame, there is no smoke. The cooking package is designed so that new Firetainment owners can simply unpack their package and cook on their new fire pit table within the same day it was delivered. The cast iron griddle is perfect for all types of food: veggies, proteins, pizza, and much much more. Himalayan salt block cooking provides amazing flavor and has positive health benefits since it s not processed. It provides trace minerals and helps to balance the alkalinity in your body and foods cooked on them, from veggies to hearty steaks, take on a delicious, but not overly salty taste. 7 The Optional Accessories s: * Included in the optional Cooking Package, but can also be purchased independently * The Tempered glass wind guard is available in all sizes to fit all models * Benefits of using a wind guard: It enhances the ambiance of the flame by reflecting the light of the fire. Helps to conserve fuel, as the flame can be kept very low. Added safety feature, deterring touching of the fire and fire glass. It prevents the wind from blowing the flame across the table top. Helps to focus the flame to the center while cooking. Fire Table Cover Options: Firetainment tables are designed to work in practically any outdoor space, under patio cover (See Clearances), or in an uncovered, fully exposed space. If not kept under cover, we strongly recommend one of three cover options to protect the table in efforts to keep it in its best possible working order for as long as possible. 21 Packaging & Shipments Each Firetainment fire table is carefully shipped in our uniquely designed packaging. Each granite table top is shipped in a custom fabricated wood crate (pictured below) with the table base and all of the other pre-assembled components palletized within a single box for easy storage & transport. Please review the following information to be sure you and your team understand the freight receiving requirements set forth in case there are any freight damages to product while in transit. Custom Fabricated Wood Table Top Crate Information: - Each table top is shipped in a custom fabricated wood crate which differs in size depending on how many tables were in the order (1 to 6 tops per crate). - Each table top sits on 1-1/2 closed cell foam inside the crate to ensure shock protection. - Each top is secured with plywood to prevent any shifting of the table while in transport as well as to protect the table top s finish. 22 Firetainment Warranty TABLE TOP WARRANTY: Firetainment Inc. offers a (1) year warranty on table tops valid only with proper maintenance from the date of delivery. This limited warranty covers craftsmanship and the structural components of the table top. Firetainment Inc., at manufacturer's option, will repair or replace any table top found to be defective during this warranty period. This warranty is void should any of the following occur: 1. Incorrect installation by the retailer or customer; 2. Damage caused by accidents; 3. Misuse; or 4. Alterations made by anyone other than Firetainment Inc. This warranty does not apply to the use of another manufacturer's table top, nor does it apply to the incorrect installation of the table top onto the base, by the retail store or end user. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by shipping, accidents, fading, staining, natural weathering, misuse, alterations or repairs. Firetainment s stone table tops are extremely durable and once positioned onto the base only consequential (accidental) damage or misuse can occur. Misuse of the fire table includes, but is not limited to: sitting or standing on the table top; operating the fire table under windy conditions (Which can blow the flame across the stone top leading to potential cracking); or not following the Owner s Manual as required. Please Note: It s highly recommended to use a tempered glass wind guard under windy conditions; however, this is not a full proof deterrent. The owner is required to periodically check the stone near the burner pan to ensure it is not getting too hot. If you notice the stone table top getting too hot, slowly turn the flame down while gradually reducing the heat until ambient temperature is achieved. COMPONENT PARTS WARRANTY: Firetainment extends a five (5) year warranty on all burner components under normal use and proper maintenance. Firetainment, at factory option, will repair or replace any outdoor fire pit burner component found to be defective during this warranty period. Regular maintenance must be exercised as set forth in the owner's manual. FIRE TABLE BASE ENCLOSURE WARRANTY: The Firetainment fire table base enclosure comes with a twenty (20) year structural warranty when properly maintained while in residential use. Firetainment will, at factory option, repair or replace any base enclosure that has failed structurally during normal use and regular maintenance. POWDER COAT FINISH WARRANTY: Firetainment offers a five (5) year warranty against blistering or peeling of the base finish under normal use and proper maintenance. Firetainment will, at factory option, refinish or replace the base enclosure if the above occurs within a five (5) year period from the date of purchase. Occasional rust seepage from crevices and hidden unfinished surfaces inherent in some designs is considered a care and maintenance function and is not considered a finish failure. To retain the warranty regular care and maintenance is required. Extra care and maintenance is required in coastal areas due to high salinity in the atmosphere. *All warranties apply to the original owner only and begin at the date of purchase.
