CNP-STC members are responsible for the selection of vendor(s) goods and/or services that best meet their individual campus and overall facility requirements, and provides best-value based on their need. On June 17, 2014, the Region One Education Center Board of Directors met to review and approve the recommendation of the CNP-STC, acting on behalf of its members, for Facility Sanitation, Linen and Uniform Rentals & s RFP , July 1, August 31, 2016 with two (2) additional one (1) year extension options. On May 12, 2016, the Region One ESC Board of Directors met to review and approve the recommendations of the CNP- STC, acting on behalf of its members, to exercise the first of two (2) extension options available for Facility Sanitation, Linen and Uniform Rentals & s RFP , effective September 1, 2016 through August 31, All vendors agreed to the extension. On behalf of the CNP-STC membership, the current awarded vendors were offered the opportunity to extend their RFP for a final one (1) year period. All vendors agreed to the extension with the exception of Admiral Linen Houston, TX; they declined the extension offer.
