Doug Giald, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and, Paul Plotkin, a veteran of the Iraeli Special Force, Hot Ground Gym i different from any traditional port program, fitne and elf-defene clae for children. Our miion i to hape today kid into the next generation of trong and confident individual through a unique training program that goe beyond phyical activity and work to trengthen critical thinking kill, encourage cooperation and build character. our team Hot Ground Gym i operated by a team of handpicked intructor. Our cadre of intructor conit of military veteran and firt reponder. Thee are true, real life uperheroe, who inpire children to become great. Our Intructor are elected for their natural leaderhip kill, life experience, effective communication, patience and more. We don't have temporary employee or counelor in training, only top notch intructor who are qualified to work with children.

The goal of the camp i to expoe children to variety of kill, experience, cenario and challenge o that they can find their own leaderhip voice. Our camp i fun, creative, upportive and poitive. Our daily miion tet camper teamwork, charima, mind-et, leaderhip, accountability, compaion, patience, other kill that they learned throughout the day and much more. what i an example of a miion? Our Miion tart with an intructor brief. We layout the rule, condition of the miion and afety. Example of a Miion: You are required to move 3 and bag from point A to Point B. The ditance between the two point i 3 mile. From the time we tart the miion you have 2 hour to uccefully accomplih the miion. During thoe two hour you need to learn the route, and build an improvied tretcher from the minimal material we upply. Once your team i ready to depart you will have 2 blind folded people. They will remain blind folded from the tarting point to the finih point. Good Luck! What are we evaluating during the miion? We evaluate teamwork, friendhip, compaion, adaptability, repect, creativity, leaderhip, outide the box thinking, critical thinking, time management, organization, maturity, effective communication, planning, kill learned throughout the daily curriculum, enthuiam and more. After every miion we it down with our camper and evaluate the miion. Everyone voice i heard. We talk about the great thing and about the thing that need to be improved. They will dicover omething extraordinary about themelve every day in our camp!

Some day we will ak them to bring ome hot dog or other fire food other day they will bring $5-$10 o we can make a hopping lit and our camper can enjoy a real BBQ feat. Did we mention that they are going to learn how to cook meat and make nutritiou alad? Oh yeah don't forget cleaning. We are confident to ay that by the end of the ummer you will have a great kitchen helper. Fun creative inpiring
