Can you please advise on how I should get this form or can you please forward it to me so that I can have Ashley's doctor sign it when we go for her physical?? INATIONAL PDF Camper Account 2016 Trips & Special Events Calendar BRIEF OVERVIEW This document provides information about our ILC Camper Account System. It explains what it is, why we do it, what the money can be spent on, how to set limits for your camper, and how to make a camper account deposit. This calendar lists all the planned 2016 summer trips and special events by session. This document provides information about our elective programming and scheduling. In it Daily Schedule you will find an explanation of our daily schedule and special terminology. There is also a sample prime and daily list from prior years. Homesickness Approach Contacting ILC & Your Camper, Mail Service & Visiting Camp This document explains ILC's approach to handling homesickness. It also includes an article written by the American Camping Association. This document provides information about contacting the camp office, contacting your camper while they are at camp, information about visiting camp and the emergency number for times when the office is closed. Lazy Day Trips Medication Management This document provides information about Summer 2016's Lazy Day Trips! This includes the scheduled date, price, and destination for each trip. This form provides information about about ILC's policy on medications brought to camp. Performance Days This document provides information about our Performance Day. It also includes a sample performance day schedule from prior years. Suggested Packing List & Camp Laundry This document provides information about our location and past weather experiences at ILC. It also includes a sample packing list that we suggest per camper per session. It also includes info about the camp laundry system. Tipping Policy Transportation Cell Phone & Electronics Policy Refund & Autopayment Policy This document provides information on ILC's general tipping of counselors policy. Remember, this is just a suggestion. This document explains the three alternative options for getting your camper to and from camp. It also provides directions and helpful hints for completing the transportation form. This document explains ILC's policy on bringing and having cell phones and electronics at camp. This document explains ILC's refund and autopayment policy. International Shopping

Use your tamtamchildcare@aol.com address as your Log In. a. If you remember your password, Log In! b. If you do not remember your password, click on the Retrieve/Set Password link on the lower right hand corner of the page Confirm the e mail address and click on the SUBMIT box. A rest e mail will be sent. The e mail will be from automation@campminder.com, (if it does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder, although that usually does not happen). Open the e mail and click on the Retrieve/Set Password link inside. You will be directed to a new page where you can follow the prompts to reset your password. 3. Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the CampInTouch HomePage This is your ILC Family Account! ACCESSING THE S & DOCUMENTS 1. From your ILC CampInTouch HomePage, scroll down to the S DASHBOARD section and click on the s & Documents link next to the yellow pencil icon. 2. You will be sent to a new page. Each enrolled camper will be listed in alphabetical order with a complete list of forms and informational PDF s below:
