WARNING: Keep all flame and heat sources away from this canopy fabric. This canopy is made with fabric that meets CPAI-84 specifications for flame resistance. It is not fire proof. The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS Never set up in windy, rainy, or snowy conditions. Do not let snow or rain accumulate on roof. It will collapse. Do not use your canopy as a permanent cover. It is designed for temporary use only. Do not set up on a steep incline. Do not leave unattended. Keep your canopy away from all fire sources, such as grills or fire pits. Do not build fires under the shelter. Always use an anchoring system. Your canopy will take flight in windy conditions. Anchoring is your responsibility. Do not machine wash. Wash with mild soap and water with a soft-bristle brush while the canopy is open. Let your canopy dry completely before closing or storing to avoid mildew and rust. For best results to keep your roof clean and to avoid small rips and tears, it is recommended that the roof be removed and stored in the carry bag after each use. 9/6/2013 1

3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Please read instructions completely before setting up your Canopy. Make sure you have all the parts as identified on the Parts List. OPEN 2 1 Make sure the foot plates face the ground. 3 Put on the canopy. Do not secure the corner of the canopy to frame at this moment. 4 Engage the push-button at each corner by pushing up the trusses with one hand while holding down the leg with the other hand, until the push button engages. Fastening straps are located in each corner of the canopy. Make sure the straps face toward the frame. Secure straps on the canopy to the straps on the frame. Unscrew nut pre-installed on the frame. Place grommet on canopy top over the bolt on the frame. Screw nut onto bolt to secure canopy top to the frame. Use push-buttons to raise and lower the legs of the frame. Make sure to lift two legs at the same time on the same side to avoid damage to the frame. 9/6/2013 3

4 5 Attach the banner to the canopy top by four buckles. The "pocket sleeves" on each corner are flag holders. Hook two loops on banner on the nut to keep the (flags not included) banner flat. 6 7 Secure side walls to the frame with the fastening straps. Connect the side wall zippers in each corner. Always anchor the canopy to the ground. Secure side walls by inserting a ground stake through the tab at the bottom of each side wall. 9/6/2013 4

5 CLOSE 1 Unzip and remove the side walls on each side. 2 3 Use push-buttons to lower two legs at the same time on the same side. Repeat for remaining legs. Release the push-buttons at each corner. 9/6/2013 5

7 10 ft / 3m 10 ft / 3m INSTANT CANOPY LETTER OF WARRANTY ITM. / ART Please be advised that the manufacturer provides a one-year warranty, that the 10 ft/ 3m x 10 ft/ 3m Instant Canopy will be free from defects in the original materials and workmanship. Frames Frames are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. Damage to frames or welds due to improper assembly or exposure to water and sub-freezing temperatures is not covered. Do not allow water to accumulate inside frames. Finish The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of one year provided the unit has not been scratched or abraded. Scratches and chips resulting from abnormal wear and tear are not covered. Fading resulting from exposure to elements is not covered. Fabric is warranted for a period of one year against separation at the seams. Fading or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, chemicals, or from spills is not covered. Note: All operation should be according to the instruction manual. * This warranty DOES NOT COVER the following items: Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use; failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care; acts of nature (including but not limited to wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms) are not covered by this warranty. The product is not covered by this warranty after one year from the date of purchase.
