Quality Control ARS pays special attention to quality control. They test individual parts to ensure they live up to the high ARS standard. Based on the ARS quality control system, products are inspected at each stage of Raw Material, Manufacturing and Final Products. Final Inspection All ARS products are inspected manually to completely eliminate any issues. The final delicate adjustments are made by highly skilled workers checking the high specifications of each and every part. 5 ARS Production Quality Cut Above the Rest Top Quality Steel The best cutting edge starts by using the best steel. After clearing the Japanese Industrial Standard(JIS), the steel is further tested and must pass the more stringent ARS steel standard. Special Thermal Treatment The key factor to the long lasting ARS edge is the hardness of the steel. ARS has developed their own system using Marquench hardening to produce the high grade of thermal treated steel needed to maintain the famous ARS edge.
