2 CAMP MISSION Arrive at a camp promptly with my name on all of my belongings Time and Place To provide campers with a loving Christian Pack a healthy lunch & snack Respect all campers and staff 8:15am - 2:30pm experience as they participate with others in Bible study, music, art, swimming and recreation. Camp Dates Participate enthusiastically in all activities Be a model of stewardship (care) of God s creation Demonstrate Christ s love in all I Wednesday, July 5- Friday, July 28 CAMP REGISTRATION members in word and deed say and do Lunch Campers should bring a nutritious bagged lunch AND snack each day. Authority asks that campers not bring plastic The summer camp operates for four weeks in July. The cost is $350 for the month or $100 per week. Enrollment is open to all children ages five through thirteen. Registration and health forms must be submitted before the first day of camp. Forms can be picked up at The St. Thomas Reformed Church Parish Hall, located on the corner of Nye and Crystal Gades, or found on the church website at bags of any type as they are dangerous to marine life. Water is provided, however, campers will need to bring their own plastic cup. PLEASE label all of your camper s belongings. Camp Attire Clothing suitable for play with shoes suitable for running Swimsuit and towel Shoes suitable for beach (sandals, flip flops, etc.) Sun block and hat Camp Pledge We ask our staff, campers, and parents to make the following pledge: I am making a commitment to: St. h Churc ormed f e R s Thoma officeadmin@stthomasreformedchurch.org
