1 2017 REGISTRATION PACKET 1. Please complete one (1) registration form for each camper and volunteer. 2. Early Registration Fee $90 (registration completed before April 1) 3. Regular Registration Fee $100 (registration completed between April 1-May 14) 4. Late Registration Fee $110 (registration completed between May 15-30) 5. Full week volunteers will receive $20 discount for one (1) Scout in their family. 6. Include a copy of the BSA Annual Health Record (Parts A & B) for use at camp for each applicant (campers and volunteers). These will be returned and are good for one year from the date of completion. 7. Include payment in full for camp. Copies of free camp letters should be attached if you earned free camp from Popcorn sales, through Camp Card sales, or through the Camp T-shirt and Patch Design contest.
