1 RIO BRAVO SUBDIVISION PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. PROPERTY CHANGES AND MAINTENANCE Changes you want to make to the exterior property you own are governed by River Bend Covenants, By Laws and Architectural Control Committee Rules and Regulations. The adherence to these regulations is what keeps our park attractive and protects every property owner from neighbors who do not respect the rights of others. The Property Owners Association (POA) Board of Directors appoints an Architectural Control Committee of five property owners who approve changes you wish to make and assure adherence to our park regulations. Working together, we can keep our park beautiful and maintain our property values. The following pages summarize our regulations. Keep in mind, all changes must be approved before you have work done. If you re not sure of the rules, check with The Architectural Control Committee before proceeding. Applications for changes can be picked up at the POA Manager s Office located in the clubhouse. 1
