Material Information We carefully manage our production to comply with standards for healthcare and medical products. All products are suitable for use with approved cleaning chemicals and medical liquids used in hospitals and healthcare. Material used in all products is homopolymer polypropylene unless stated. Material complies with IO0 Biocompatibility of medical devices. Polypropylene material is a derivative from oil production. Polypropylene is identified as a material class and can be recycled. The dyes for material colouring are safe, non toxic and comply with Directive //EEC on Dangerous ubstances and Directive // EEC to protect human health, the environment and the interests of consumers. Polypropylene can be incinerated with residue emission of carbon monoxide and water. Products must be disposed of in accordance with regulations on clinical waste and hospital protocol. Processing Information The Warwick Range is designed to be steam autoclaved in autoclaves compliant to HTM00, B0, and EN: and IO with a processing temperature of C. Products are good within a temperature range of minimum C and maximum 0 C. Warwick and terilite Range products can also be processed by ethylene oxide and plasma gas. ome terlite Range products can be processed by electron beam and gamma ray. pa Range products are designed for decontamination in washing machines approved to IO, HTM00. To ensure sterilisation, it is essential that the interiors of the products are not obstructed and allow free circulation of steam, air and gas. Products must be separated and not interstacked. Products should not be tightly wrapped. Products should be packed into autoclaves so to avoid obstructions and heavy weights. Only trained operators should be responsible for handling and processing products. Further technical information and details on compliance to IO are available on request. Certification Warwick asco Ltd is certified to IO00:00 and IO :00. Products are classified as Class Medical Devices Council Directive / EEC and show the mark accordingly.
