The 38cm narrow absorber refrigerator runs silently, has a bigger volume, is more powerful and takes up less space. Kitchen blind with built-in power sockets The practical kitchen blind with pleated fabric for black-out and insect protection also has a bright LED kitchen light and two practically positioned sockets. Practical cooker / sink combination with more workspace Gas hob and sink are made from robust stainless steel and form a continuous unit that makes cleaning much easier. The generous space between the three burners makes preparing meals easy, even with bigger pans. The gas flame is ignited electrically. The freezer compartment can be removed and the total volume of the refrigerator has expanded a full 10 litres compared to its predecessor to make 150 litres. 7 Nose construction The well-planned nose design is dominated by a solid corner construction made from a moulded PU frame. The sandwich construction with EPS core and the stable windowsill made from PE foam above the gas cylinder locker ensure the highest levels of insulation. PU-foamed corner posts serve as a stable nose-sidewall connection, are water-resistant and also have good insulation characteristics. They provide a permanent way of connecting the ABS moulded parts and give rise to the unique exterior design of Hobby caravans with their beautiful rounded edges. (De Luxe, De Luxe Edition, Excellent, Prestige) Exterior graphic in waterproof digital print The sidewall of the Ontour has been designed using cutting-edge digital printing techniques for the first time. It is highly colour-fast and durably weatherproof. Extremely stable manoeuvring handle The manoeuvring handle on your Hobby caravan is ergonomically moulded and an integral part of the structure. With the De Luxe, Excellent, Prestige and Premium models, they are also harmoniously integrated into the exterior design of the vehicle. With the De Luxe, De Luxe Edition, Excellent, Prestige and Premium models, solid parallelogram fittings enable easy access. The plastic floor is rot-proof and easy to clean. The lid on the Ontour model is fitted with a gas pressure spring. Premium gas-cylinder locker In the gas-cylinder locker with a low sill and sturdy aluminium-chequer-plate floor, there is room for chocks, crank holder, waste-water tank and a spare wheel. The gas regulator with over-pressure protection is easily accessible. Sturdy holding devices secure two 11-kilogram gas cylinders. (Premium) Practical boot The boot in the back of the vehicle is ideal for stowing camping tables and chairs, for example. 8 TRUMA heating unit Safety gas regulator The flexible connection pipe with gas regulator and integrated overpressure valve in accordance with DIN EN fits all current gas cylinders. Central gas distributor in the kitchen The gas distributor is easily accessible in the kitchen. Power sockets with TV connection At least five 230 V power sockets are installed in every Hobby caravan as standard also a prepared coaxial cable including socket for the TV connection. (Installation example) Water and electricity connections The caravan can be connected to the electric via a standard exterior socket. The awning socket with SAT / TV connection enables connection of 230 volt devices (Optinal for De Luxe and De Luxe Edition). The water connection enables easy filling of the water tank with a pipe. LED ambient lighting Numerous lighting elements in energy-saving LED technology create a unique atmosphere. The new LED light strips on the cupboards provide that extra something. (Not on De Luxe). All 12 V lights come exclusively with energy-saving LED technology. LED wardrobe lighting The inside light in the wardrobe is automatically switched on when the door is opened and provides bright light for an optimal overview. Touch-control light switches The separate light switches feature a touch-control mechanism. This makes them easier to operate. The tried-and-tested TRUMA heating unit with a 5-litre capacity uses the warmth from the heater to heat the water. An electric heating element also heats the water, however, when the heating is not turned on. TV Large fresh water tank The fresh water tank, which can be filled from the outside, is located in an easily accessible position in one of the seat chests or bed lockers. A large screw connector enables easy cleaning. 74 Central on-board technology installation The on-board technology with heating, power supply with transformer and ground fault circuit breaker, two power sockets and antenna connection are easily accessible in the spacious wardrobe. ON-BOARD TECHNOLOGY Jaeger 13-pole passenger vehicle connection plug The standard 13-pole passenger vehicle connection plug by Jaeger not only supplies the brake and rear lights with electricity, but also enables all the caravan's 12 volt equipment to be operated off the car battery. All outside connectors have pictograms to make their functions clear. Light control system with basic operating panel The light control system with CI-BUS technology is located in the entrance area of all Hobby caravans. 10 THULE drawbar bike carrier Elegant awnings by THULE OMNISTOR Protects against sun and rain: the THULE OMNISTOR awnings are perfectly matched to the Hobby caravans. Bikes can be easily transported on the drawbar carrier which also ensures an even distribution of weight. All it takes to unfold it is one hand movement and you have access to the gas cylinder locker. Stable rear bike carrier The THULE bike carrier is perfectly suited to Hobby caravans. The lockable guide rail prevents the bikes moving during transportation and is manually fixed in place. Spacious garage The garage provides space for bulky luggage. Children's folding bed above central seating unit On many models with a central seating unit, a foldable children's bed above the unit is available. This creates an additional sleeping berth in an instant. Three-bunk children s bunk bed The sleeping area for children is available with an extra bunk bed, instead of the lower storage compartment, making a total of 3 beds. Placing the spare wheel under the caravan creates more storage space in the towing-bar locker, for example. Removable carpeting With the optional carpeting, you can create a comfortable living room like the one you have at home. It comprises several elements that are designed to fit the floorplan of your caravan perfectly. To clean it, simply remove it. THETFORD service lid with central lock Additional service hatches are available on many models. Pull-out bed extension For many caravans with single beds, a pull-out bed extension can be supplied as an option. The additional upholstery creates a large bed area. 11 Hobby CI-BUS on-board management system with TFT operating panel Whether TRUMA, ALDE or DOMETIC: thanks to the cross-sector interface, the new symbols and graphics on the Hobby TFT operating panel depict a cross-section of all manufacturers' symbols, meaning that users will find themselves in a familiar environment as far as icons are concerned. Displays such as date / time, inside / outside temperature, water tank level and battery charge / discharge can be read on the display panel or settings can be activated directly. Other BUS-capable on-board components, such as heating, air conditioning and electric sunroof, can be centrally controlled. The system is standardised, can be updated and is therefore compatible with future appliance generations. Up to 15 appliances can already communicate with the control panel. (Observe manufacturer s instructions; in Premium and Landhaus ranges) DOMETIC roof-mounted air-conditioning system FreshJet with heating function The roof-mounted air-conditioning system features four controllable airflow settings. The comfortable lightweight system works economically and quietly. ALDE hot-water heater Nearly all Hobby caravans can be fitted at the factory with an ALDE hot-water heater ideal in cold temperatures and for a perfect indoor climate. Additional electric heating The additional electric heating TRUMA Ultraheat supports the TRUMA gas heating and uses the existing hot air pipes. It ensures quicker heat on cold days. TV sliding holder The practical TV sliding holder is used in vehicles where it is not possible to fit the jointed bracket for reasons of space. All values can be read on the TFT operating panel. The battery sensors supply the intelligent charger with the exact charging current and voltage it needs, thereby ensuring battery-conserving charging until it is 100% full. Charging times are reduced by approx. 30% with this system compared to standard chargers. W-LAN control system for LCD panel Using the W-LAN module, the caravan s configuration can also be controlled online via your smartphone or a tablet PC. Underfloor heating All Hobby caravans can be supplied with an electric underfloor heating system. The heating foils in the walking area of the floor prevent thermal bridges and cold feet. USB charging socket This optional double socket can charge two mobile devices at the same time. The LED reading lights for the children's beds are also each equipped with an integrated USB charging socket.
