Grill is heavy. You should have at least two people assemble the barbecue together. Notes: Do not fully tighten all the nuts during this initial stage. Caution: Sheet metal can cause injury. 4 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS Two people required for all assembly steps DL DF ssemble the tank retainer clip (DL) to the left cart side panel (), as shown in Figure. Insert the tank exclusion (DF) into the right and left cart side panels ( & ), as shown. Make sure to insert the tank exclusion (DF) into the holes of the cart panels, as shown in Figure C. DE a. ssemble the upper front panel (DE) to the left and right, front cart side panels ( & ), as shown. C 6 7 DE b. ssemble the lower front panel (DG) to the upper front panel (DE) and Cart side panels ( and ), as shown. Insert the front and back end caps (DH & DI) to the bottom of the right cart panel (), as shown. 6 a. ssemble the valve assembly (C) to the control panel (C). DH C DI C X DM DN b. Insert the wheel axel (DN) through the first wheel (DM) and the bottom of the left cart panel (). Cone side of the wheel should be against left cart leg, as shown in Figure C. + - b. Remove the Electronic ignition button (CG2) from the electronic ignition (CG). ssemble the electronic ignition (CG) through the back of the control panel (C), as shown. 4 5 DM c. Slide the second wheel (DM) onto the wheel axel (DN) and attach hardware #5 and # CG C c. Insert one battery into the electronic ignition (CG) battery compartment, with the positive side facing upwards. (attery not included) ttach the electronic ignition button (CG2) to complete assembly. 5 DK C a. ssemble the tank heat shield (DK) to the center support bar located on the left cart side panel (), as shown. C d. ssemble the control panel (C) to the top of the left and right cart side panels ( & ), as shown. 2 4 e. Place the control knobs () onto the stems of the valve assembly (C), located on the control panel (C). C DK 6 7

6 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 7 a. ssemble the lower hinge ( x2) on the back of the burner box assembly () as shown. 9 a. ssemble the top lid handle (E) to the top lid () X 8 E C b. ssemble the burner (C) to the burner box () by positioning the burner venturi tubes (C) through the openings in the bottom of the burner box (), as shown. Ensure that the burner venturi tubes are facing forward. b. ssemble the thermometer () to the top lid (). 7 8 a. Position the urner box assembly () onto the burner box support brace ( & ) located at the top of the right and left cart side panels. D c. ssemble the upper hinge (D x2) to the top lid assembly (). b. TIP: efore assembling, make sure that the burner venturi tubes (C) engage the valve assembly (C), as shown in figure. D E 7 X 8 c. ssemble the burner box assembly () to the burner box supports ( & ). 7 C IMPORTNT: Ensure that the fiber washers are secured inside the burner box assembly to properly seal the lower casting. 8 9

7 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 0 ssemble the lid () to the urner box (), as shown in figure &. 2 Install the hardware into the burner box assembly () to support the flame tamer (F) D E Connect the main burner electrode wire (E), already pre-assembled to the main burner (C), to the electronic ignition (CG), located on the back of the control panel, as shown in figure. F Position the flame tamer (F) onto the hardware assembled in step 2. CG CG 0

8 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 4 ttach the grease cup hook (CH) to the bottom of the burner box assembly () as shown. Position the grease cup (CI) into the grease cup hook (CH), as shown. 6 E ssemble right side shelf table (E), and left side burner table () to the left and right cart side panels, as shown. CH CUTION: Failure to assemble grease cup (CI) and grease cup hook (CH) will cause hot grease to drip from the bottom of the burner box, with the risk of fire, property damage, or personal injury. CI E Right side shelf table 5 H a. To assemble the warming rack (H), insert the stationary wire into the holes on the sides of the lid assembly (). Insert warming rack pivot legs (H) into the holes on the inside of the burner box assembly (). Left side burner table Stationary wire Pivot legs b. Place the cooking grate (G) into the burner box assembly (), as shown. H G 2

9 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 7 8 a. ssemble the side burner valve (CD) onto the control panel of the side burner table (), as shown. a. ttach the side burner shelf fascia (ED) to the side burner shelf table () and the control panel (C), as shown. CD 0 ED EE EF b. Place the side burner (EE) into the side burner drip pan (EG) and secure using hardware. Place side burner grate (EH) onto side burner table (E). ttach the control knob () to the side burner valve (CD), as shown. C 4 5

10 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 9 a. Use the side burner clip (#2) to secure the side burner orifice to the side burner valve (CD). 20 LP CYLINDER IS SOLD SEPRTELY. Fill and leak test the LP cylinder before attaching to Q. Once LP cylinder has been filled and leak checked, locate the tank support bar on the bottom of the left cart side panel and place LP cylinder in the grooves of the tank support bar. Slide tank retainer clip (DL) over cylinder collar and tighten knob. Connect the regulator (CE) to the gas tank OPD valve. 2 2 X b. Connect the side burner electrode wire (EF) pre-assembled to the side burner (EE) (figure ), to the electronic ignition (CG), located on the back of the control panel, as shown in figure C.
