2 Dear Family Members, Enclosed is the 2015 Mega Family Getaway Weekend Family Affair Picnic Registration Packet. This is a great opportunity for family (and friends) to get together, share our history, reconnect with and meet new family members. As the Family Reunion Facebook page indicated earlier, in order to have some starting point for this mega family reunion we are starting with the family members in the photo above, their siblings, extended family and friends. So come one, come all, but if you are a spouse, sibling, child, grand or great grandchild, niece, nephew, aunt, uncle, cousin, other relative or close family friend of Agnes Helen (Proctor) and Andrew Emmanuel (Sam) Proctor; Francis Aaron and Catherine Oneida (Penny) Proctor; Cossie Cornelius and Gertrude Wilhelemina Proctor; James Winfield and Rebecca Ann Elizabeth (Harley) Proctor; Mary Ruth (Proctor) and Paul Frances Proctor, Sr., Marie (Proctor) Chichester, and Eula McGee, this is your Mega Family Reunion and we are excited to see you on August 1, 2015! The Planning Committee is honored to plan and host the 2015 Mega Family Reunion behind our Family properties on Old Alexander Ferry Road in Clinton, Maryland just outside of Washington, D.C. area affectionately called The Pig Pen. In the past the reunion was a one day affair, however, we have many family members traveling from out of town to join us and we want to ensure they have as much time with the family as possible. We have been working hard to put together a weekend of activities that we hope everyone will enjoy. We appreciate and have incorporated suggestions from family members. This year we have also started a family reunion website for those of us whom are computer savvy However some of us are not a friend of the computer and therefore, we are providing this registration packet which includes registration forms, event and travel information, photos and much more. We tried to give you a lot of travel information so that you don t have to spend a lot of time researching airports, train stations and bus services. If you are flying into Washington Reagan Airport or BWI, the 2

3 Super Shuttle is less expensive than taxis and limos. Make your Super Shuttle reservations online or use the 800 number before you travel to save time when you arrive. A few activities are still being finalized.
