We ve gotten some positive feedback from people that attended and some things to look at for next year. We had some fun events this past summer and one that just couldn t be pulled off, try as we may. Hopefully, the weather cooperates better next year. But, that doesn t mean the flying stops. I m sure we'll meet you at the field on occasion. Here s hoping that Santa brings you all of the items on your list. 2 December 10, 2014 Meeting Minutes Meeting Minutes by Sheila The meeting was called to order by Sheila at 7:10 with 5 members present. No minutes reported (as I forgot to bring them) Motion to accept the financial report as read by Ed and pay bills made by Doug M seconded by Orland B motion passed. Old Business The swap was discussed everyone thought it went great. We discussed upping the door fee next year from 3 to 5 dollars to be discussed closer to the 2015 swap. Sheila reported that John N has winterized the tractors. Also the port a john has been winterized. Any club member that is interested in buying the woods tractor (zero turn) please contact sheila New Business The New year's day fly was discussed and as in years past we will be meeting at Big Boy restaurant in Marysville and flying at the River District Eagles field directly after breakfast.
