2 What is FACT? Fatal Alcohol Crash Team Funded by the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute (ICJI) Concept began in Marion County, Indiana in 2001 Tasked with investigating crashes involving serious bodily injury or death where alcohol/drugs or reckless driving is a factor
