I shall pay all fees and mess bills of the hostel in advance and as prescribed by the authorities. I shall abide by all the existing rules as amended from time to time. 1. I shall not indulge in any act of indiscipline and misbehavior, which tarnish the image of the College or the Society. 2. I shall not indulge in ragging. In case I am found guilty of such act I am aware that I shall be instantly expelled from the Hostel and the College. 3. I shall not take part in any arrogation or strike by pasting posters, stickers etc. 4. I shall pay due respect to all the instructions of the Rector / Hostel Staff. 5. I shall not permit any guest / parents to stay in my room. 6. I shall not indulge in shouting, quarrels etc. and I shall get the grievances redressed through the help of Asst. Rector / Rector. 7. I shall dine in the Hostel Mess and shall pay the charges. If I require any other arrangements of my own for messing on medical ground I shall take Principal's / Rector's / Management's permission before doing so. 8. I shall not stay out of the Hostel after 8.00 p.m. except in emergency with prior written permission of the Rector. 9. No hostler shall be allowed to stay in the hostel without seeking prior permission of the Rector permission is granted to her to stay out from the Hostel for a specific period. 10. I shall not cause any damage to Hostel furniture, building and property etc. In case of damages caused to the movable / immovable property of the Hostel, the same will be paid by me. 11. I shall not keep valuables in my room. Any cash in excess of Rs 200/- will be deposited in the Bank. 12. I shall pay the Mess Bill within the notified period regularly....2

5 I shall hand over complete possession of the room and the property of the Hostel issued to me without causing any damage or tempering as soon as the academic year ends / as notified by the Rector / Principal. 14. In case I decide to leave the Hostel on my own after taking the admission I shall not be eligible for any refund of fees. I know that once the Hostel fees paid by me is non - refundable. 15. In case I am expelled from the Hostel on the ground of any misconduct or indiscipline, I will not be eligible for the refund of the Hostel fees which shall stand forfeited. 16. I am aware that the room is allotted to me shall not be changed in circumstances beyond the control. I am also aware that in case of any complaints or violation of any Hostel rules & regulations, the action taken by the Rector will be final. 17. I shall not use any electrical appliance except one table lamp and I understand that appliances like electric iron, heater, and hair dryer, LPG Stove etc. are not allowed to be used in the Hostel and if found in my possession, will be confiscated. 18. I shall not use transistor radio, tape recorder, and such other audio / video equipment and that in case I found to be in possession, I understand that these equipments will be confiscated. 19. I shall not smoke or take intoxicating drinks drugs etc. either in the Hostel or outside the Hostel during the period of my stay in the College / Hostel and if found indulging in such evil habits I am aware that I shall be expelled from the Hostel as well as College forfeiting all the fees and the deposits. 20. I shall leave the Hostel only with the prior written permission of the Rector. 21.
