2 Chapter 1 The sky was aglow with sunset colours. The people was rushing for their own business. It was very noisy in the world, but the windows separated the noises, it was just some soft music, made people relax. However, the silence was broken by a female voice. Hey, sis! Here! Erin waved to Ashley. Hi, Erin. She was with a big smile and gave Erin a big hug. We haven t seen since Serena s wedding, said Ashley it s already a year. Erin smiled and asked, do you want something to eat? Of course. Hey, waiter. The waiter was on the way to them and asked, ladies, what can I help you? I would like to have a carbonara spaghetti and a cup of coffee please, Erin turned to Ashley and asked, how about you? Ashley. A fettuccine marinara and a glass of sparkling water, thanks. How are you? You look thinner than before. Bored life, Ashley felt frustrated, office, home, office, home. Then, how about Chris? Erin asked. Em we ve broken up. She smiled with frustrated. Oh I m sorry to hear that. Erin felt apologetic and embarrassing. It s okay. She smiled softly and relax. But what s happened? You ve been with him for five years. Erin felt curious. 4 Chapter 2 Hey, Ashley. This nicer or that one? Erin asked. Light pink that one is better. Light pink. Oh, my dear, you better find a boyfriend. Erin molested Ashley. Erin Ashley gave her a cold shoulder. The victim, named locally as Laura Pester, 21, was found dead in her own room. She was found being naked and the body was cut open. This is the eleventh young lady that found being murder miserable and have the same knife cut. This is a series killer case and until now no suspects yet. Erin and Ashley turned their attention to the news report. Oh gosh. Why there are such people that so cruel? Hope the police can arrest the criminal earlier. Erin felt deplorable to the ladies. Ashley looked at her watch, okay, we better choose the gown faster, it s almost ten. Ashely was indifferent to the news report. Maybe we should choose it next week. Sure, replied Ashley. As I remember, you didn t drive, did you? asked Erin. nope. So, I will get back by bus. Maybe I send you back. Oh, really?! Thanks. You re welcome. The road was dark and no lights along the road. Erin was driving her car and sent Ashley back to her house. Hey, my dear. Why do you choose the house which is so far away to the city centre? It s so inconvenience. I don t like disturbance, replied Ashley. You just live alone, my dear. It doesn t safe enough. Maybe you come and live with me in these few days. shouted Erin. Oh my dear, I moved here since last month and I need to clean up my place. Ashley used a peaceful voice to reply Erin, in order to calm Erin down.

5 Oh my God! There s a murderer. He killed young lady, with long blond hair, alone in house, wearing specs. You have all the same characteristic. Oh my God, don t you feel afraid? Erin, please calm down. Don t you remember? I ve learn Karate. Ashley Dringg! Dringg! Erin s phone rang. Erin was a little annoyed that the phone has interrupted their conversation. Hello, Erin s speaking em okay see you tomorrow, bye. Erin muttered. Seems that you have something to do tomorrow, then can I go back to my lovely house? There was a big smile on Ashley s face. Okay, my sis. Remember to lock your door before go to sleep. If you have any problem, phone me, okay? Oh my dear, I m not a child. Ashley sighed. I must go now, bye. Erin said. Bye, drive carefully. Ashley waved to Erin.

6 Chapter 3 The sky and the moon were covered by the cloud. There were no lights along the road, Ashley needed to use the torch app which was in her phone. There was only the sound of wind and insect which was liked an orchestra playing a Morzart symphony. When Ashley opened the door, she suddenly felt frozen to the marrow. Everything were on the right place, but she found her house had something different. She wanted to turn on the lights, but the bulbs were burnt out. They are the new light bulbs, why they will burn out? Ashley thought, Okay, I cannot clear up my things, then just go to have a nice bath. When Ashley having her shower, she got goose bumps unexpectedly, she felt there was somebody looking at her. Suddenly, she remembered today s news. There was a murderer like to kill young lady, with long blond hair. Her heart beat started to get faster. She quickly to take the towel to cover her body and wear back the clothes. After that, she went to lock all the windows and door. Her heart beat started to calm down. Ashley lied on her bed after taking bath. Is so quiet and dark in the night. When she almost in the arms of morpheus, there was suddenly a loud noise, this made her woke up. She looked out the window, it rained cats and dogs. Her heart beat started to get faster again. Yup, it s the sound of thunder, she thought. Suddenly, there was a loud noise again. Oh my God! Shouted Ashley. She quickly used the blanket to cover her body. A few minutes later, she could hear there was somebody walking outside her room. Oh my God, can t hear, can t hear, can t hear Ashley tried to make herself calm down. Okay, I court to ten. After ten, there will be nobody outside the room, Ashley comforted herself, Okay, one two three nine ten. Okay. The sound disappeared. There was only the sound of rain, the sound of trees was blowing by the wind and the sound of her heart beat. Like nothing ever happened.

7 Chapter 4 It s almost six, but the sky was still dark. Ashley never slept again, she just looked at the ceiling and tried to make herself fell as sleep. Suddenly, she wanted to go to the toilet. So, she went near the door and listened weather there was somebody outside the bedroom. After a few minutes, she unlocked and opened the door. She looked around and saw did there was anybody here. After that, she ran quickly to the washroom and finished her business. Before she came out the washroom, she comforted herself there was nobody in her house. When she came out the washroom and passed through the living room, she stopped. She went back to the living room. She could see that all the baggage were put in order, there was somebody helped to tidy up the things. Who is he? she thought. Ashley felt confused and went back to the bedroom. After she closed the door, there was a deep man voice sounded, hi, Ashley. She turned immediately and looked astonished, Oh my God. ~End~
