2 Embassy Suites Hotel & Convention Center Murfreesboro, Tennessee TAHPERD is excited to hold our 2018 Convention at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN October 28 th -30 th. We expect over 600 participants at this year's event and are using momentum from last year's exhibits to maximize exhibitor interaction with attendees. The exhibit space will offer sponsors the opportunity to demonstrate products (specific packages) and the passports will again be used to maximize exhibitor interaction with convention attendees. Exhibitors may choose from the following packages. Platinum Exhibitor Package Exhibitor Packages 2 convention registrations (Lunch Included. names to be registered to tahperd.ed@aol.com) 8 x 8 booth space 2 15 minute demonstration slots within the exhibit hall Monday (Demonstration times will be reserved on-site) Or 1 30 minute slot. Inclusion of full page advertisement in convention program (Due September 25th to tahperd.ed@aol.com) Logo and link to homepage will be located on our website for 1 convention year. Wired for electricity Cost $500 Gold Exhibitor Package 1 convention registrations (Lunch included) 8 x 8 space 15 minute demonstration slot within the exhibit hall Monday (Demonstration times will be reserved on-site)

Murfreesboro, TN Items must be received by October 25 th with payment. Cost: $350 All booths will be wired for 110Volt Outlet if reserved by OCTOBER 1st. After October 1st contact Sales and Embassy Suites *We strive to provide a wonderful experience for all attendees and exhibitors, please note that if you want or need more space than your area provides, consider purchasing more than 1 package. Booth spaces can no longer flow into walk-way space, you MUST stay within your area.

4 Exhibitors may register on line( or hard copy (next page). Packages are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Set-up begins Sunday afternoon. There will be an exhibit opening and snacks Sunday evening. Our sponsors are an important part of the convention and we hope to enhance your sales efforts through our structure. 5 What is TAHPERD? The Tennessee Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance is comprised of physical activity professionals and teachers across the state of Tennessee. The TAHPERD convention is the annual gathering of the association, offering continuing education, professional development, and networking opportunities for professionals in the field.
