4 Ticket Types and Seating TICKET TYPES Grounds Passes: Give you access to Melbourne Park and all outside courts. Reserved Tickets: Give you a seat in Rod Laver Arena or Margaret Court Arena for the session chosen; either day, night or twilight. If choosing a Day Session, the Arena will be closed after play finishes before the Night Session begins. If you have a Day Session Ticket, you can remain in Melbourne Park for the Night Session, but you cannot re-enter if you leave Melbourne Park. Night Session Ticket holders can only enter Melbourne Park after the gate open time for their session. We can add Grounds Passes to any Package to allow you to stay in Melbourne Park before or after a reserved session. Hisense Arena Tickets: Can be purchased on request. Inside the Arena it s free seating. You can mix-n-match your Packages with various ticket types, extra sessions, Hospitality and more. SHADE Melbourne is known to be hot and sunny each January. If the temperature exceeds 32C, the roof will close on Rod Laver Arena and become airconditioned. Below this temperature and the roof will likely be open. If you want a shaded seat, then upper level seats are best in Category 2 (back) or Category 3. Front row of Category 2 and Category 1 or Super Row seats will have some sun during the day. If you have a preference, please let us know when booking and we can work to ensure your needs are met.
