5 TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Booking Accuracy/ Legal Names Passenger is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, address, phone number, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accomodations and organized activities on your booking receipt. 2. Final Itinerary Final itinerary is to ed along with invoice. Other than that is considered as non-updated version itinerary. 3. Travel Insurance We are highly recommends that travel insurance to be purchased to cover flight cancellation, loss or damage to luggage, and medical cost during your travel. 4. Booking Confirmation Your booking is only considered as confirmed after deposit payment of RM 600 per pax. The balance must be paid by latest 14 days before departure. 5. Cancellation Fees (% of Deposit) 0% - Cancellation more than 40 days from your trip. 50% - Cancellation more than 14 days from your trip. 100% - Cancellation less than 14 days before your trip. 6. Refund of Unused Service No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of accomodation, tours, transportation, or any other services which are included in the service fare if not utilised by the tour member due to personal reasons. 7.
