Consent to the processing and disclosure of personal data for purposes of information transfer and staging of the event or for advertising and additional services I agree that Messe Berlin GmbH may store and process my personal data and disclose them to the agency abroad that is competent in my country and to the group and partner companies and, if applicable, sponsors named at Section 5.3 of II. Data protection regulations / duties to provide information (Purchasers group of participants), also for the purpose of them offering me their own additional services. I may at any time revoke with future effect this consent to the use of my personal data and address requested in the context of the registration for the matchmaking tool. To do this, it will be sufficient to send an message to datenschutz@messe-berlin.de. II. Data protection regulations / duties to provide information (Purchasers group of participants) Data protection has high priority at Messe Berlin GmbH. Therefore, the security of your personal data that you have sent us with your registration for the ITB Speed Networking is a matter of principal concern to us. Using the necessary technical and organisational measures, we ensure that your data will be used within the scope of the legal regulations and exclusively for the contractually agreed purposes, and within the scope of your consent. The following principles apply in this respect: 1. Name of the controller Messe Berlin GmbH is the controller responsible for the storage and processing of the data and the service provider. Purposes of use We acquire, use and process your personal data to organise, process and handle your membership of the ITB Buyers Circle and your participation in the ITB Speed Networking event which will be staged in the context of the ITB Berlin 2018 (own trade fair of Messe Berlin GmbH), and for our internal market research. This includes the name of the ITB Buyers Circle Member and the company name, street, house number and address and also the country and product interests stated in the questionnaire. The personal data provided in your registration for the ITB Speed Networking 2018 guarantee your being listed on the digital matchmaking platform intended to be set up at the ITB Speed Networking event, so that you can find suitable appointment partners and can be found by them, so as to be able to participate in the event on site at the ITB Berlin Only registered participants with fixed appointments can come to the ITB Speed Networking event to keep the appointments they have made. Only your basic data (name of the individual, company name, company homepage, countries and products that you buy) will be shown in the matchmaking tool, not your personal or telephone number. Moreover, we point out that we may access your account to provide better technical support in case you have problems with the digital platform, in order to support you with its handling and provide specific assistance. 2/5

3 In addition, we would like to note that we continuously watch the participants' registration process to be able to intervene, if necessary, if the product and/or country interests differ too far, so as to enable successful networking for you and the other participants. Moreover, we keep an eye on the number of requested/confirmed appointments per participant to remind the participants that they should answer their requested (but not yet confirmed) appointments to avoid that they expire. We also use reminders to encourage those participants that do not yet have confirmed appointments at the end of the matchmaking phase to make appointments if they still wish to participate in the ITB Speed Networking 2018 and participation on site is possible only if fixed appointments have been made. After the ITB Speed Networking event, your personal data, such as country and product interests and your number of appointments, will be evaluated for internal purposes to draw conclusions as to the success of the event and to continuously improve the event for the next year. Should you, in addition to this, have given us your express consent, we will use your data to send you advertising information in connection with your participation, also by our partner companies, data processors and, if applicable, sponsors of the event that we will name you on request. 3. Type of personal data They include the name of the ITB Buyers Circle Member, the company name, personal e- mail address and telephone number and the country and product interests. 4. Your rights You can exercise the following rights of the data subject: The right to information, erasure and correction of your personal data and the right to have processing restricted. Should you revoke your consent to the use of your personal data provided in your application for the ITB Speed Networking event, your participation in the ITB Speed Networking event will be forfeited because these data are required to use the digital matchmaking tool and to make appointments. Upon your notification, Messe Berlin GmbH will immediately delete your personal data and your profile in the area of the matchmaking for the ITB Speed Networking 2018 event. Should you believe that the processing of the data violates data privacy laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. 3/5

4 The consent to the disclosure of your personal data for the purpose of advertising by sponsors of the ITB Speed Networking event can be revoked at any time with future effect without stating reasons. Please be aware that your data might still be used while your revocation is being processed. The revocation of your consent to the disclosure for advertising purposes has no effect on your participation in the ITB Speed Networking event. 5. Legal basis of the processing of the personal data at Messe Berlin GmbH The legal basis of the processing of the personal data is the performance of the contractual relationship with Messe Berlin GmbH (Section 28 (1) BDSG [German Federal Data Protection Act]/ Art. 6 (1) Letter b GDPR). 5.1 Recipients to which the data may be disclosed without consent To be able to guarantee your registration for and your membership of the ITB Buyers Circle and your participation in the ITB Speed Networking, we transfer part of your data to group companies of Messe Berlin GmbH and partner companies that process the personal data on our behalf. The basic services include, e.g., the possibility to create a profile for the digital matchmaking tool platform and to obtain access rights, to use the matchmaking platform to find suitable business partners and to make appointments for the ITB Speed Networking 2018 event, to log on to the matchmaking platform to print out an overview of the appointments made, etc. 5.2 Legal basis of the disclosure of your data for advertising purposes The legal basis is your declaration of consent. Transfer of data to foreign countries Personal data will be transferred to partner companies in third countries only if a level of data protection is given or guaranteed in such a country that is equivalent to the regulatory framework existing in the European Union (EU)/ the European Economic Area (EEA). 7. Duration of storage As a rule, we will delete your data at the end of your membership of the ITB Buyers Circle and after we have finally settled your participation in the ITB Berlin Speed Networking 2018 event. Legal regulations, in particular with respect to data required for billing and bookkeeping purposes, may prevent deletion. In this case, the data will be deleted at the earliest possible point in time. 8. Notification in case of a change Messe Berlin GmbH reserves the right to alter the data protection regulations at any time, taking account of the applicable data protection laws. The data protection regulations take effect at the time of your registration for the ITB Speed Networking. Messe Berlin GmbH will point out any changes to the Data Privacy Policy and communicate them through various media (website and newsletter). 5/5
