1 AVIATION INDUSTRY EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME INTRODUCING THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME AIA is pleased to once more offer the opportunity to undertake a dedicated industry Executive Leadership Programme. The programme content has been selected to provide industry leaders with an overview of emerging topics in corporate governance, SESSION TOPICS INCLUDE: CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TOWARDS SELF REGULATION SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS WHY PEOPLE MATTER regulatory oversight, risk management, safety management systems and changing regulatory environments. This programme is a prelude, if you so choose, to undertake the globally innovative National Diploma in Aviation (Regulatory Oversight and Governance). Graduates from this AIA Executive Leadership Programme will receive a certificate of completion for this non-accredited short course.

2 THE COST OF THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES: N Accommodation on Friday and Saturday nights N Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday and Sunday N Dinner on Friday and Saturday LOCATION: WOODBOURNE AIR FORCE BASE, BLENHEIM N Morning and Afternoon Teas Reflecting the deepening partnership between civilian and military aviation in this country, Woodbourne RNZAF base will become the permanent home for our leadership programme. Located 8km west of Blenheim at the top of the South Island, Woodbourne RNZAF Base is co-located with civilian operations from Marlborough Airport. The area surrounding the Base has numerous attractions, including numerous wineries including Villa Maria, Huia Vineyards and Lawson s Dry Hills. Marlborough is also known for its idyllic Sounds, sunken valleys which create a network of tranquil clear waterways amidst native forests. The Sounds are home to bird and sealife terns, shags, herons, blue penguins, dolphins, seals, and native forest birds. THIS TWO AND A HALF DAY PROGRAMME ALSO PROVIDES PARTICIPANTS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN, CONTRIBUTE AND NETWORK WITH OTHER INDUSTRY LEADERS.
