2 Thank you for booking to stay with us at Sullivans Cove Apartments. Sullivans Cove Apartments is a boutique collection of self catering apartments across five different locations in the Hobart waterfront district. CHECK- IN PROCESS The reception for all apartments is provided from one central office, located at 21 Hunter Street, Hobart. The office is open between 8:30am - 5:30pm, 7 days a week (with reduced hours during winter). Please note: As we are a collection of apartments around Hobart s waterfront, your apartment may be located in a different location to our Reception office. All apartments are located within a 2-10 minute walk of the Reception office. Check-in for the apartment is available between 2.00pm - 5:30pm. If you are arriving after this time, we are happy to provide an After Hours Check-in process - please contact us to arrange An earlier check-in time cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible Our staff are happy to look after luggage from 8:30am - 5pm daily Arriving at Reception Office during office hours The central Sullivans Cove Apartments office is located in at 21 Hunter Street, Hobart (beside the Drunken Admiral Restaurant). 1) Arriving by car As we have a limited number of parking spaces available, please advise us if you require car parking for your stay. For check-in, public parking is available on Hunter Street in the vicinity of the Drunken Admiral Restaurant and Henry Jones Art Hotel. Please note that Hunter street is a voucher-parking zone, subject to parking fines from 8am - 8pm daily. The pay and display ticket vending machines are located on Hunter Street. Sullivans Cove Apartments does not take any responsibility for any parking tickets incurred while checking into our central check in office. At check in you will be provided with directions to your apartment location and reserved parking, so we suggest you leave other guests and luggage in your vehicle while you check in. 2) Arriving by Taxi / Chauffeur Please ask your taxi driver to drop you as close as possible to the Drunken Admiral Restaurant at 19 Hunter Street. As we have a number of apartment locations around Hobart s waterfront your apartment may be in a different location to our office - we suggest you keep your taxi waiting (and luggage in the taxi) if you are booked to stay in our Gibsons Mill, Salamanca or Brooke St apartments, as the taxi can then transport you to your apartment following check-in. Kindly ask the taxi driver not to drop you to 3 Evans street (which is the entrance to our IXL Apartment building) as you cannot access our central checkin office from Evans Street. 3) Arriving by SkyBus (Airport shuttle service) The Skybus will drop passengers on Davey Street, near the intersection with Hunter Street. Our Reception office at 21 Hunter Street is located approximately 200m along Hunter Street. Arrival outside office hours - After Hours check-in (for all apartments) If your arrival time is expected to be after 5pm please contact our office by phone ( ) or to arrange an after-hours check-in. This is a simple process, involving collecting your keys and directions to your apartment from a locked mailbox located in foyer of the The IXL Apartments. All after-hours check ins will be required to provide a mobile contact number and credit card details prior to arrival. The access pincode for the after-hours mailbox will be sent via SMS text on the day of arrival. 1

3 PARKING FOR APARTMENTS As limited reserved parking is available (additional cost) we recommend booking parking in advance to better ensure availability. Please note for Gibson s Mill guests the secure parking is off site, located approximately 600m/6 minutes walk away at the IXL Apartment building. INFORMATION TO HELP YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY Apartment Features & Floor Plans Visit our website for a detailed list of features and floor plans for all apartments - Housekeeping Your apartment will receive a light service daily. This will include changing of towels if left on floor, rubbish removal, replacing used amenities, bed making and mini bar restocking. A vacuum and other cleaning materials are provided in the apartment for your use. Please contact Reception if you have any queries. Grocery Stores & Supplies Salamanca Fresh at 41 Salamanca Place is open 7 days a week and is an excellent small grocery store with fresh fruit and vegetables, a deli and butcher plus beer, wine and cider. The closest large supermarket is Woolworths located in Argyle Street, a short 10 minute walk from your apartment and Campbell Street, a short 5 minute drive. Minibar Your apartment has a selection of Tasmanian wine, beer, soft drinks and snack food available for purchase. Taxi / Transport Taxi s and Maxi Taxi s can be booked through Private transfers can be arranged through My Driver Hobart mydriverhobart.com.au CHECK-OUT PROCESS Check-out time is 10am. If you require a change to your departure time please contact our office on the day before departure and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. If you are unable to see us in the office for check-out please complete the Express Check-Out form (located in your apartment), leave your room keys and remote control to the car park (if applicable) on the kitchen bench and lock the door behind you. 2
