The launch will have a variety of free taster s taking place for young people and families. 2 Launch Event Find you way around Debden Festival of Healthy Living P th June 24th July With the weather getting warmer and the longer days, now is the time to get yourself and your family active. The Community Health and Well-being Team at Epping Forest District Council have put together the Debden Festival of Healthy Living. The festival is a showcase of classes and events that take place in Debden, Loughton and Epping Forest. In this brochure you will find activities for all ages and abilities, from walks in the forest to community organised fitness classes. All to help you and your family enjoy a healthy life and stay fit and well. Whether you are new to an activity or want to try something different, the festival has it all.
