The support of our Exhibitors helps CWEA continue to improve the quality and affordability of education and professional development for water quality professionals in California. Included here are all the details you ll need to join us as an Exhibitor. You ll notice a big change that we are very excited about. Unlike years past, instead of filling out an Exhibitor Application, you ll be given a link which will take you to our new online tool for selecting and managing your Exhibit Space. The most desirable locations in the Exhibit Hall go fast, so please review this material and make plans to open the link and reserve you as space as soon as possible to ensure your company has the best location on the floor! Any additional expo representatives will need to purchase an Exhibition Only registration. Exhibitor Housing: CWEA has reserved hotel room blocks for attendees and exhibitors at special negotiated rates. More information will be provided about hotels shortly. Mailing List: Each exhibitor will receive, via , an attendee mailing list of all pre-registered attendees approximately two weeks prior to the event. A complete attendee mailing list will be provided to Exhibitors after the event. In accordance with our policies, the list will contain the attendee s name, company, and mailing address. Security: Security services will be provided, however, please be advised that CWEA assumes no responsibility for personal property, nor can it assume responsibility for the effectiveness or performance of the security personnel.
